Food is always good. Fun atmosphere, great for sports, pool, bowling, shuffleboard and games. Lots of TVs. Dining area is separate from the louder areas. Plenty of seating both in the dining, bar and patio. QR Code Menu only.
I went to the Firehouse Rosedale Station and had An Amazing Night. Just bowling ,eating and, hanging out with Friends. In All honesty The night was Most Memorable due to an Outstanding server Named Jose! Not only was the service Great our server Jose made us all feel welcomed and had an Awesome attitude! 5 star rating and 10/10 customer service!! I would Highly recommend going to that firehouse !!
I come here often with my friends and never leave unsatisfied. The staff is super nice and are very chill and easy to chat with. Our last visit, we were served by Antonio and he managed to do amazing with our group which was large, and I know how stressful it can be to wait on a table of 10+. Other customers are often nice too and always buy my friends and I drinks. I always look forward to coming back.
Great Food. Atmosphere and Family Friendly. I bring my Boys to shoot pool and Bowl. My Special Needs Son has an Amazing time. Staff is Incredible.
We went bowling and it was such a great experience all the way around! The hostesses and waitresses went above and beyond! The atmosphere was very clean, inviting and family friendly! The bowling was fun and we didn't have to setup anything but our names which was nice. We will definitely go back!
The bowling is ridiculously priced. When I received my shoes they were almost completely torn down the back and the soles were coming off. I went to ask for a new pair, and they said that's the best pair they had. If your going to charge $80 dollars an hour for five people to bowl, you should at least have decent equipment. We had to ask for a server to come get our order and we waited about 30 minutes for drinks. When we said something about the price the staff was EXTREMELY rude. I will say there was one waitress who was very nice and helpful. Long story short, we won't be coming back.
Our waitress Alice was just not very friendly, she did come to us often but the thing that made us not enjoy ourselves as much was her attitude. THEN!!! THE BARTENDER!!! We were there March 21st at night and the freaking BARTENDER was so lazy!! We waited at least 30 minutes for our shots..... there was nobody ordering drinks. She was just checking the receipts for her tips. I know because we were playing pool right next to her but had to wait for our tender. Which it wasn't his fault at all he was really good and put our order in. And then we asked for new glasses and this chick never brought them so he deadas* went back there and got them for us! She really tried getting him in trouble for that. The food was great but I don't think I'll ever go back... super disappointed especially cause it was my first time there.
My wife usually drags me to this place even though I’m reluctant to come. The food isn’t that great, the environment is noisy and I have a tough time hearing as it is, however Samantha really stood out from the rest of the pack. She spoke very clearly and eloquently and was the most polite server we ever encountered at this establishment. I am not one to write reviews, but she blew me away with her service and affable personality. Although I don’t love this place, coming back here to see Samantha will definitely be the highlight of my weeks. Thanks so much Samantha.
Here for a birthday and we sat in the pool area and had two excellent servers Jose and Samantha Jose I felt bad for just because he had to take on so many tables by himself and being a server I know how that can cause you to have major anxiety and feel overwhelmed but I just want to say they both are doing amazing jobs. Now as for the bartender with dark medium length hair I think her name was Lacey on Wednesday night I felt like it was so unprofessional and a really bad look for your establishment to be behind the bar making drinks when you are trashed
The service was horrid. We went to bowl and didn't get approached by any server even after asking for one twice. By the third game and reaching out to management they magically appeared. We were still playing when they added 2 people to our lanes.. Seeming like they wanted us to leave by making space for the others. To top off the night we had to also wait a while for that same server to close up our tab along with the game. When we saw the tab, they had added the game and the food ($130) of the people next to us...OH and we have to wait 5 days for the money to go back on the card that they charged us wrongfully. NEVER EVER EVER GOING BACK THERR AGAIN Firehouse is always our go to bowling place and tonight we tried the other location on Rosedale and it was the worst place ever. Don't spend your money here. Waste of time.
