Update: 5-22-2022Went here with 2 friends and got the belching beaver peanut butter milk stout and the Fresno fig burger because it's so good with truffle fries for about 30$ for just me. Food and service was very good as usual and stayed consistent over the years.Good selection of drinks and great food, especially the hamburgers :DUpdate: 11-18-2020Had a great experience even with mandatory outdoor dining and having to order using the app that only allows 24 character notes ??Got 2 burgers and both were great and I really like that they had the peanut butter milk stout which is a personal favorite.Prices are always a little high but not break the bank.Was about 45$ for 2 people getting 2 hamburger deals and 1 beer.
Nice ambiance and went because dogs are welcomed on the patio with snacks and water bowls! Meal was alright for the price, beers were good. Nothing over the moon amazing, but good food and good beers! Service was awesome.
Black and Blue burgers were yum. Loved my Watermelon Hibiscus Fresca! So refreshing.
This review is solely on the customer service we received-or lack of. If I could give no stars, I would. I took my 16 year old daughter and mother to try Eureka. We arrived on a regular Saturday at 4:16pm and since there was no wait time we were seated right away. As we were seated we were handed our menus and told our server would be with us. After 10 mins, we noticed more customers (arriving after us) were being seated near our table. Except their drinks and orders were being taken. I waited patiently thinking it was just an oversight and someone would be with us. After 20 min of seeing several tables being waited on and all we had were menus, I walked up to the front to the same employee who seated us and politely asked her if we could get three waters because I believe our table was being ignored. She said she would have someone bring them out to is. Sadly, even with me getting up and requesting something as simple as water and letting them know we felt ignored didn't get their attention. We waited another few min and still nothing. Finally 30 min later, a party of 6 is seated right next to us and when I noticed their server begin taking their drink order and ask if they were ready to order I gave up. I had my daughter and mother get up and we left. Not one server around bothered to make it right or apologize. Shame on Eureka staff. One staff member even saw us leaving and said nothing. I even overheard a customer sitting near by say "they have been waiting and no one has helped them" as we were leaving. From the parking lot, I turn back only to see an employee cleaning our table. Eureka staff, you should be ashamed. We were seated at 4:16 and left at 4:48, with not once someone coming to ask us if we needed anything or if we had been helped. Clearly this establishment ignored us making us feel unwelcome, and I'm not sure why. I really want to believe that race had nothing to do with it but sadly I feel it may have. No one should judge a book by its cover, we were ready to eat and I was excited to show my mother some of my favorite items on the menu. Eureka please train your staff better and I truly hope being humble Latinas had nothing to do with it.
Food was delicious. Went through DoorDash so was a bit cold since was 30 min from pickup to delivery but quality was amazing. Salad was the freshest. Got the kids baby burger and it was really good. Bf got cowboy burger and the Mac n cheese balls and both were delicious. Highly recommended
Had the 20 day aged beef bone marrow burger. Get the same one every time and it never disappoints. Perfectly medium rare with bone marrow butter melted over the patty. Any time a friend comes in from out of town and wants a burger this is where I take them every time, and the drink menu is pretty broad...so of you're looking for amazing burgers and drinks this is a go-to spot.
I’ve come here a few times only but I enjoy the experience and atmosphere. The drinks are good and so is the food. I like the whole vibe and the patio area also. It’s a good place to chill or socialize with friends and haven’t found any complaints coming here so far!
If you love craft beer, cocktails and great burgers this is your place. They also have a large patio, covered with fans when it’s warm and heaters when it’s cold.We ordered the smoky Bison burger and the Eureka American cheeseburger, my son loved his cheeseburger. I loved the bison burger, the bacon infused jalapeño jam gives it a sweet-hot flavor. Be warned, not for the faint, it has a spicy kick.Our waiter Marvin did a great job.
So I have tried lots of burgers in many many places around the world. Hands down best burgers I have had. I Have not tried them all but the ones I had were amazing. Had all of them temperature RARE. soft soft meat. You could really taste the meat. Crisp veggies. 28 day aged burger is awesome. One with the egg was great. One with the truffle was amazing. They had some dressing /sauce with the arugula in one of the burgers and was delicious. The only one I was not a fan of was the bison burger. I had them make the fries extra well done, good idea.
I'm a huge fan of Eureka! The spicey chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries glazed in honey and cinnamon are my go to every single time I go here.Had a cucumber tequila margarita thingy and it was awesome! The bartender was nice and friendly and I'll definitely be going back soon.
