Clean store, need a code for the bathroom, but not impressed with the food personally. I got a cheese bean and rice burrito which wasn't flavored, 2 piece chicken meal with nachos, Mac and cheese and a salad but the salad had cilantro in it and I'm not a fan. They let me trade it for mashed potatoes, which were just okay. Only thing I super duper liked was the Mac and cheese, but let your taste buds decide.
Count your chicken in the drive through have been shorted, had to drive all the way across town, got the chicken but not even an apology. Food is quality but service is poor management wise.
They had no breast and thigh comboThe leg and thigh had hardly any meat the chicken was dry mac and cheese was good they pre mix the salad with dressing not of my choiceAnd prices are very high now.

I will never come back to this location, I provided a $25 el pollo loco gift and the cashier said there’s nothing on the card. When she gave us our order she said bye and I had to ask for the missing large soda, she was asking another female co worker about the gift card and still same no balance lol. When we get home no salsa included, missing tortilla for the soup. I called the card to verify the balance and there was $25 on the card. Please someone help the staff correctly to prevent such error.

They have a $5 menu that comes with a drink, chips and salsa. You cannot beat that deal. The location is hard to get in and out of but not bad deals for fast food.
Always Great Food at great prices. What a deal. We each get the El Pollo Bowl every time. We get get two meals out of the Combos.
Food is good. I like the fact that on the app you earn enough points to get free food.
