Every time I go to the window, it's like there is a party inside. The people who work here are always happy and the music keeps them dancing. I don't know what drinks to get since I'm still new but the party never stops.
Mars was the worker working drive thru & they were so friendly & really brightened up my day. They made the effort to ask my name & my dads & said they’d try to remember us next time, it was a super sweet experience that made us want to come back & made our day! such a good first time experience at dutch :)
This shop seems to be slower in regards to window orders. East side shop is just faster and the drinks taste better over there. Today I received a drink where the lid didn't fit properly. Saw the young lady notice something was off with the lid and instead of her stopping, since I had waited for the entire line to clear from the drive up while waiting for a medium size drinks, and trying another lid she just handed it to me. Luckily I was able to only spill a small amount on my car wheel instead of all of it on my shirt. I usually love Dutch at any location but today just was not the right crew I guess. Try the east side one if you have doubts about dutch. I love that crew.
Went through the drive thru on Feb 7, 2022 for the second time. I came through one other time before this and had a bad experience. The drink that was recommended to me was gross.Coming through today it was a completely different experience! Emma in drive thru was amazing! Very sweet and had amazing recommendations! Will definitely be back. Thank you for amazing service Emma and the amazing drink recommendation! Watermelon black tea and a strawberry Red Bull blended.
Great selection of different different drinks not just coffee. The staff is really friendly and even though the line iis long it goes by fast.

Had a splendid drive thru experience the other day. Kendra took my order and started my day right by having a very welcoming and kind conversation. She also was very understanding of my complicated order and made sure it was perfect thank you :)

If I'm rating the coffee only, that's a 4 to 4.5. The delay on getting the coffee was about 25 minutes which lowered the rating. Granted it was the day after Christmas and probably had a ton of customers with gift cards, but I did see a few people order after me and get their drinks before me. I will try them again to give them the benefit of the doubt and hopefully the service changes. But, overall the coffee is good.
