I LOVE THIS LOCATION! Everyone is soooo friendly and the line goes quickly. My order is always correct and delicious! When I bring my doggies they show them so much attention, its the cutest thing EVER! :)
Line wasn't too long, coffee tasted great! Cheaper than Starbucks and many sizes are available. Definitely suggest if you're in the area.

Love, love, love this location. My drink is done well here. Staff is always so friendly and they remember you and your order. In my case they remember my family's order ha ha. If I could I'd get an iced annihilator light picture perfect here any day. Thank you guys.
Dutch Bros has great coffee and drinks. They are fast with orders and most times my drink is in my hand prior to even reaching the window. This allows you to then head off into your day without waiting in the line any longer. It is a must try coffee shop.

Love Dutch bros! This one was the first one they opened and its on my side of town, for once! The CS has always been great and my orders have never been wrong. When they first opened, their lines were ridiculously long but they always went fast. The coffees, shakes, and teas are delicious and I love the fact that you can customize your drinks. Price is relatively the same as SB but I personally think their drinks are better. Would definitely recommend!
Very slow service at Columbus location. Was in line for 30 minutes because only one person was taking orders outside while several people were inside. I feel like there’s too much chatting by the employees. They’re fun but also people need to get places and have their drinks in a timely manner
Dutch Bros. So much better than Starbucks. If you are feeling down go to any location, guaranteed every employee will be AWESOME and you can't help but feel better!! EXAMPLE ( one of many)I went a few days ago and me and the girl taking my order said the same thing at the same time. I said, "Ginx!", she said "now we're besties!" When we were done, we both said, "bye bestie!". I went back today, she brought me out my order, saw me and yelled, "Hi Bestie!" How great is that!? I have been to all three locations in Bakersfield, they all are great, but my bestie works at the Columbus St. location, so...LOL.Try any location your bound to find your DB bestie too :)
The coffee and hot chocolate are good. My husband often orders the 911. Dutch Brothers locations are not designed with the comforts in mind like other coffee shops. For example the seating area seems to resemble a prison style set up. Furniture not movable, plain, and without any warmth to it. But the product is good.
