Awful!!! They serve you anything and get a attitude when you ask for fresh food... They hire anyone, let anyone be a so called manager they should be ashame but they not don't know why they even come to work they while staff need to just stay home and collect unemployment sure they would if they could because they clearly hate they job. This place is nasty even they coffee was gross... I ask for fresh hash browns they went and through the same burnt hash browns in a bag, would you even eat them.... I'm sure they would
I absolutely love Dunkin’s donuts.We bought a dozen and half and enjoyed them with tea.??I love the french cruller donut it is very tasty.❤️The service was fast and we were helped right away. ??☺️
Need to change their fryer oil badly. Hashbrowns were dark, soggy and tasted burnt. Beyond that, the coffee was good. My wife loved her avocado toast and the snacking bacon was off the charts delicious.
So I go through the drive-through at 7:51 and they say were about to close but wouldn’t take my order. So you either close at 8 PM or you close at 7:51 which is it Dunkin’ Donuts. SMH
Their coffee is consistent in flavor and the snackin bacon hits just right for a morning boost. The occasional homeless person asking for money is worth the service and efficiency.
There is a pink hair employee (girl) that was really rude to my niece today January 10th. 2022 at this location. Dunkin Donuts at 1800 23RD St. BAKERSFIELD CA.I don't know her name, but she was disrespectful towards my niece.... she pretended she didn't understand my niece's writing when ordering at this Dunking Donuts. Therefore, she refused to take my niece's order....Management should take this seriously and should teach this girl how to treat and respect Deaf people. They are not any different and deserve all the respect from everyone. My niece is very smart and independent. She can communicate very well through her writing. She is very loving, caring and respectful. She does not deserve to be ignored or disrespected in any way. No one with any condition should have to go through this with someone like this employee....

I am feel disappointed, I went this morning. I am deaf person and I used t write in my phone what I want to order but the lady In front was s rude to me. She has bad attitude. She just said ha, ha like ah I don't understand "" she just acting like rude, because clearly I wrote What I want!! She has a pink hair!! So sad people act like this,!!
