Terrible service. Waited over an hour for service and when we finally get someone we can't even order food because the kitchen's closed. Servers walked by us multiple times, went and talked in the back. The bar tender was vaping while serving drinks. Never coming back and will tell others not to as well.
Was quick for drink orders but that’s the best I can say about it, but never came to refill. Wings were cold. My burger seriously looked like it was cooked maybe 30 seconds on each side, I’m surprised it didn’t moo when I took a bite! Pretty sad that we can get better food from a small food trailer than a grill!
The food was good. But the service SUCKS!!! our waitress didn't smile and handle came around. I understand Sundays are busy, then get more help.
Good little sports bar. Able to watch the niners games which is nice. Beer selection is somewhat limited but the food was good and there are tvs everywhere
Well it was short of staff. It took a while for them to even take our order then our food is ready and it sits on the counter for a while so the bartender gets our food and condiments and while he's doing this this guy grabs a French frie out of one of the plates . Me and my friend was so threw and then he walks out and walks back in the kitchen next to the cook with a mop so I'm assuming he's the janitor. That was so messed up because it really was a nice place cool atmosphere and my burger was good.
I came here on Sunday with a group of 6 friends. We got there at 5pm. We ordered our food about 20min after. We got half of our order almost at 7 and since there was an error from the cooks end, the other half of our order was brought out almost at 7:20pm. We asked for refills as well as more beer multiple times and never got them. Multiple people experienced the same problem. I was told the manager Deanna declined our request to get an additional tower of beer. I also would assume that being the manager she would be more properly staff and if that was impossible it would have been better to reduce the amount of people inside the restaurant to have a better experience . Our overall first experience was not well.
Worst service ever (we tried to order drinks for over an hr. The 2 old lady’s that were there serving ignore us the hole time) i finally ask one of the lady’s if she was going to take my order and she said Nope not today ? very rude so we all left.
Best karaoke in town every Friday for me to midnight from the KJ to the staff and the food five stars from me.
8/29/2021 First and last time I will EVER step foot in this place, terrible service, waited 40min to get a bottled beer and when it finally made it to the table, it was the wrong beer. I was there with a small party and after 2 1/2hrs my kids got their food (no drinks) to go and they ate in the car. To top it off, they gave me the wrong bill and had to wait another 10min for them to correct it... I spent almost 3hrs in this place and only had a cup of water and a headache. I have never been so upset at the customer services at a restaurant. ----
Garbage food, and service.
