Nothing but problems at this location. You go to pickup and have to wait 30 min after it's supposed to be ready. Order on the app for delivery tonight, said it was delivered 20 min ago and it's not here. The location finally answered the phone only to get hung up on. So now we're going to there location at 10 pm to try and pick up our delivery order.
Been in Bakersfield for a couple weeks and decided to order pizza the night before my flight home and currently waiting for almost 3 hours for our order. The store will not answer our calls either. Horrible service!!Update: Still no resolution on a order issue. We ordered the other day, called the store over 10 times with no answer in the course of 2 days almost 3. We placed it 9:12pm and ended up having to get food somewhere else and they got to us within 10 mins! We went to bed at 2am and the ordered was still in quality check. The morning came and the ordered was cancelled. Customer support told us they contacted the store and the store would call us. Obviously they did not call. I'm not even in the same state anymore because I had to fly back home that next morning. Refund us the full amount, please. That's all we have been trying to do this entire time. It shouldn't take this long. Corporate needs to get involved with that store and resolve the issues.
Their chicken and bread bites are fire.. But their pizza, I wouldn't even throw to my dogs... ? My gawd people go easy on the sauce and finish cooking the dough. Tastes like you're eating raw tomato bread...
So disappointed… I used to love this dominoes, it was always my go to. But they’ve been slacking these passed few months. Every time I go it seems that their service just gets ruder and slower every time. The food doesn’t taste the same. They take twice as long to make the food only for it to taste not even half as good. They always seem like they’re understaffed or just always behind in general. I like to order ahead online and yet they still never seem to make it on time. This last time it took them over an hour to make my food and it was just a pizza and a side.
Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone. I ordered a pizza with extra sausage and got NO SAUSAGE. Garlic parm wings had no sauce. Honestly I’ve given them three chances and their trash.
Dominos has upped their game big time with the bread bites and bomb chicken. It's so tender and juicy. Hot and perfect. I never really ate dominos til the new items the only thing that sucks is the wait. Like literally if when ever you plan to eat it call 3 hours in advance or you'll starve ? .. Dead serious .
Waited over an hour for one pizza. The four employees working nights (7pm) are either high or just got out of bed based on the level of energy and effort they put in trying to get your order completed. Last time that we will be ordering from this location.
Ordered a pizza and used my points, parm bites more like burnt garlic bites. Pizza was cold upon delivery. The bites were noting like I remember them. To hard to eat. Really disappointed took a little over an hour for delivery it only takes 7 min to cook the order but some how it took an hour for delivery just delivery a lone..
So I wasn’t trying to complain but this was supposed to be a 12 piece speciality boneless buffalo chicken wings … there was only about 4 small chicken wings… I ate two of them… And It Was Nothing But Cheese I Am So Upset I Know Y’all Busy And ITS NEW YEARS DAY but still this was not enough for 3 people Not Only That But I Waited 10 minutes for curbside for my order until my boyfriend went in the store and they handed my order to him like nothing.
Negative stars if possible. Ordered online twice just to be told that they don’t deliver to E Truxtun, that none of their stores do. I asked why? The guy on the phone acted like he couldn’t give an honest answer and was like “uuuhhh I’m not sure”Because it’s a shelter?.. I feel they’re discriminating because of what it is. And I spent 30min waiting hungry thinking they started my order.
