Ice cream is delicious. Really nice selection of flavors, and tons of ways to enjoy, milkshakes, sundaes, banana splits, service was outstanding and very friendly. Is a little pricey, but well woth it, will definitely be back again

We normally have a good experience at Dewars, but this time was one of the worst we’ve experienced. The wait time was excessive and when we were finally seated we were ignored. A table who was sat after us were helped first, a server served the two tables next to us but not us. They skipped over us completely. What made it worse, right in front of us we’re a couple of the employees’ friends. They were served promptly, brought extra sides, and sat and chatted altogether with their backs toward us. Two different employees stopped to talk to them while we were sitting there still with no service, no waters, no orders. Extremely disappointed with our visit. It’s just a bunch of young kids working here who don’t have any care for customer service and just want to hang out with friends.

Delicious ice cream and candy, one of my favorites
Came for a treat. The ice cream is so good and rich. The milkshakes are thick and come in a glass with the stainless mixer with the excess. Way too much to eat.
Kiddos and I really enjoyed our first time at Dewar's. The shop was clean and the servers were quick and friendly. One of my kiddos had a single scoop of cookies n cream, while the other had a child's sundae with birthday cake ice cream and marshmallows as the topping. I had a small sundae with caramel and grounded peanuts. Although everything was delicious, today I discovered how much of an ice cream eater I am not.
