They take too long. Went in on a Sunday afternoon. Literally zero customers. Somehow they still took 30 minutes to make my one sandwhich. Definitely won’t be back to this location. Don’t go here if you don’t have Time to waste.
So to preface, I get it was lunch rush, but this location used to be really good. Today was a bad experience I feel worthy of noting. I placed my order online, went to the store and my order wasn’t ready, so I waited. I watched as two people came in, ordered, then received their food and left, still nothing for me (this is 35 minutes after placing the order). I saw them make a couple of sandwiches and set them in the staging area, where they sat untouched for 15 minutes while the expediter took more orders. Come to find out, after getting in line to ask about my order, it was the sandwiches that had been sitting (fair to say the hot sandwich was not, and the cold one was now room temp). This is all after I watch the cashier/expediter who is wearing gloves, go and take cash from people, touch the door handles, and so on, then go grab the bottles of sauce. I don’t think things have changed much since I worked in the food industry, but we were always instructed to wash our hands and get new gloves whenever you went from cashier to food handling. Oh, and they ended up putting on items I had said I didn’t want on my sandwich.Final thoughts: unhygienic, incorrect with my order, let my order sit a nearly unhealthy amount of time, and thankfully you get to tip as you order, never knowing how it is going to go.
I bit into my sandwich & pulled this out of my mouth. I have no clue what it is. I’m speechless. Deli delicious you need to reevaluate who is handling peoples food.
First time being there very very good sandwich had the pastrami with the works we'll go back
Initially I considered these sandwiches were the best in town, but a little pricey. However I have visited recently and noticed a decrease in the meats they put on the sandwiches. At first I could not fold my sandwich due to the fullness inside the bread. The last three times I purchased a sandwich, I noticed the quantity has dropped tremendously.
Second time visiting this place and was amazing both times. First time i got a philly cheese and second time i got buffalo chicken sandwich, both times the service was very helpful and friendly, and lile i said the sandwiches were amazing, definitely will be back here, probably at least once a week

Hailey was great with our order and had excellent customer service! The food and the beer battered fries was amazing!
I don’t know who is the manager here. The soda bar was dirty from what looked days of not being wiped. When I got my salad, the lettuce was not even washed. See pictures. Please don’t go to this location! Management or employees are dirty!!
