Normally price isn't a problem but 10 bucks for a cup that fits I'm the palm of my hand called a "brownie bowl" is sad. Stale brownie and it was just set in like a chip. What happened?
Ice cream is my absolute favorite food and this place has the best ice cream I've ever eaten. Staff is super friendly. It's a little pricey, but it is the best.

Caution Especially If You Are Lactose Intolerant!!Lack of accountability. I had family visit from out of town. As a treat we decided to come here since they offer “dairy free” products.3 out of the 4 of us are lactose intolerant. So we ordered 2 with cashew base & 1 with coconut base. DAIRY FREE BASES THEY OFFER.The wait itself was about 20minutes. We respected the wait as we assumed they were taking their time to do it right.. so we thought.. my family decided to take it to go since it was getting crowded.Long story short within 10 minutes of consumption,my lactose family members started experiencing symptoms from consuming dairy.We decided to check the receipt to see maybe they did not get the request for our DAIRY FREE bases.We confirmed the EXTRA charge for the dairy free items and called the store since indeed NONE of the orders were used with the requested bases.Instead of taking accountability and offering a partial refund or even store credit. The “manager” that the other staff member put on the phone denied that it came from their business. Since there is “no guarantee” and compared it to a peanut allergy.Considering my family has been to creamistry before at other locations, we KNOW what the cashew & coconut base DAIRY FREE products taste like(hence why we ordered it that way). The employee emy showed no sense of sympathy while questioning my family’s symptoms due to their lack of attention to orders
It took 1 hour to get ice cream, absolutely absurd. There were only 3 small orders ahead of us. I will not be going back here.
It was really busy and the process takes awhile. Employee's were new. Ice cream made from scratch If you have 30 to 40 minutes to wait it was good. Expensive but customized order.
It was our first time coming here and ice cream was so Yummy . Very creamy & rich. Soo goood
I had to wait 45 MINUTES for my boba tea and they gave me the wrong kind of boba…a boba takes 30 seconds to make, this was absolutely ridiculous and the workers didn’t offer to make me a new one or give me a refund ?

Pretty cool. They make your ice cream right in front of you. A lil more expensive than other places though.
