It's a nice little place and it's very friendly. We tried the catfish and chips which was good. The menu prices are higher than what they advertise on their listing when you look them up on Google maps. I had sat down while looking at the menu on my phone compared to the menu at Crab N Spice. Fish & Chips were 2 dollars more than advertised with online menu. We said ok.. Will still try it. My friend tried the Crab fries because the photo looked so good on the menu.. $13 plus tax for a little basket of French fries lightly DRIZZLED with shredded Crab. He seriously asked the server did I just pay almost $14 for fries with hardly any Crab meat? No chunks .. just tiny shredded meat on top. None in the middle or bottom of fry basket. He was very dissatisfied for what he paid. $ 20 bucks and change for a little basket of fries sprinkled with shredded Crab ? & 6 bucks for a glass of beer. It was our first time but I doubt we will go back. They charge you to clean your crawfish or take the heads off.. most items you gotta buy by the pound. This just wasn't us. I couldn't get anyone in our group to take a photo cause they were not satisfied with what was brought to the table. My catfish and fries were tasty. I appreciate the service we had and my food ..
Walked out. Husband and I always throw down the $$$ for crab boils. Spend a few hundred was the plan. Bummer for your business. Probably our favorite type of meal out. Went inside, no AC. Hot, muggy inside really brings out the smells not in a good way. Then we're told to go stand off to the side to be sat. Okay. We get sat at a really small table not in a good location in the store, basically right across from the service station. 3 of us. With our drinks and ourselves we could hardly be expected to have a nice meal or any room at all for the meals to be on the table. So feeling really cramped already with nothing on the table but menus, we kindly asked to move across the way to a larger table. We were told no. That table is reserved for parties more than our own. Okay, but we're already here, now, ready to give our business. But you'd rather reserve it for just in case? Later. Took our business down the road to the Yard House, which was super busy by the way. No problem seating us immediately in a much larger table. No need to reserve it for customers that weren't there yet lol. AC blasted, great food and service. We will continue to go back to Crab In A Bag for our boils in the future. Always treated so well there. Were going to give this place a try but no need.
I went to the Las Vegas location ( but it doesn’t give me that option) . Love the food and atmosphere. The ppl are awesome, music is banging. If you want some delicious seafood you will crave the next day go the Crab n Spice! Absolutely Delicious! I’ve had the chowder bowl, haddock fish and Cajun fries, and crab fries! All so incredibly delicious. Best I’ve ever had.
Since it's my first time eating at this place, I ignore the negative reviews. I need to be the person to taste, not the reviews, just like when I visit other places I never been too. I was kinda upset on the selection of bottled beer and draft beer.Anyways for now this place is OK, I will return very very soon (maybe at a different location)
If you love a good seafood boil…try Crab N Spice. The lobster tail is impeccable along with the corn, potatoes and shrimp try it with the CNS flavor.
terrible customer service??♀️ we complained so they gave us 10% discount. didn't make up for the mistakes and "attitude" but of course we took it? PIRATES CHOICE - no mussels, when we asked where it is, one girl said they substituted with shrimp. they decided on their own without informing us. and didn't even say sorry and they seemed more upset than we are. then just turned her back. we asked for the manager and he is equally disappointing ?
Our first time here. Food was great. I feel the customer service lacked a lil . Will come back again.
Overcharged. Manager not willing to correct overcharge ticket. Service very slow. Waitress was the only nice person there.
I had an amazing time there we arrived around eight in the afternoon the food was delicious the customer service was very on point even though the restaurant was very packed they still were able to satisfy our every needI will definitely be going again soon The waitresses were very friendly and very helpful and for the manager I give him a two thumbs up for running the restaurant with the lot at hospitality
First time I went there with my family they said they don’t have rice , right after they served us the shrimp and the crab . I mean if they don’t really have it at least they should tell us right away not after they make our other orders so I can cancel our orders because we haven’t eat anything that day . And second time I went it was 8 o’clock pm and I have experienced the same thing . They said they don’t have rice , right after they served our other orders . The manager said that they can’t make rice anymore because they close at 9 , we were there at 8 and they have time to cook rice if they want to . I spend $200 the first time I went and $100 the second time , it’s just not worth it at all . I won’t be coming back . I also ordered peeled shrimp and it’s not even peeled .
