I would highly suggest their signature ice creams. The staff is very nice. They also work very fast. I posted a picture of the statues in front using a 360 camera. All in all, it is a great place to go. The family loves this place. It is a nice special treat after dinner. If you are in the area, it is well worth stopping by for delicious ice cream.

Ordered a custom decorated cake from Cold Stone. Charged $43 the day before and this is what they delivered. Talked with 2 supervisors about a refund. Told the manager would contact me. Never heard a word from anyone. Birthday was ruined do to laziness and shady business practices. I would be embarrassed to present this to anyone, let alone not offer a complete refund. Lost my business for ever.

Accidentally dropped my change and it rolled from the table to the trash. Ash-Lee H. was working and dug through the trash to give me my change. Really friendly and she didn’t have to do that, I appreciate it a lot.
It's a typical Cold Stone. Ice cream is usually pretty good (when the freezers are working properly). Service is usually pretty good.
We usually have the mud pie mojo, with extra peanut butter. It's just the best.
Strawberry cheesecake serenade is my favorite, add extra sponge cake to the ice cream.
Love their ice cream. Absolutely a favorite in my house. My family of 6 goes here every weekend. It’s kind of hit and miss with portion sizes though. Sometimes they fill it correctly, sometimes your portions could easily fit into the smaller container for cheaper. I don’t complain, I usually just let it be, but it’s become a common thing so, this one time I asked nicely for a little more in one as it was clearly way less than the rest, and the original girl helping was very rude and irritated, but our usual girl had zero problem doing it for me and was very nice, as always. But I could tell the girl who originally helped/scooped the ice cream and checked us out when paying wanted nothing to do with me. Kinda sad. Even my kid noticed and it made him feel terrible.
