Great for late eating. We've gone a few times an hour before they close and I swear the good tastes better. Steak is cooked perfectly, vegetables are steamed just right, no raw potatoes.Only four stars because during peak hours it's a little chaotic with service and food.
I was never sold on Chili's in Citrus Heights but it took a trip to Bakersfield. My sister and her husband took us to their Chili's and my husband and I were impressed. The service was great and food too! Thanks to all the people at Chili's for all the great service!
The food was very good. This was my first visit to this Chili's. I liked it very much. The servers seemed to hesitate about a couple of curves our group threw them. But, then they proved that they could handle it. Well, done. Great job handling a big party. I believe everybody in our party came away very pleased with the service and food.
Gave this chili's 2 tries before giving a bad review....thought the 1st time may be fluke but 2 bad experiences just shows me they don't care about customer service. 1st time, I ordered online and they didn't have that option so instead of calling me they let me show up at my pick up time and then tell me. I had to wait 25 more minutes. 2nd time, I order online again and chose the option where they bring the meal out to you. I got the notification that it was ready, I showed up and checked in, me and wife waited in the car for about 20 minutes talking before realizing nobody has came out yet. I walked in and asked about my order, it was just sitting there and when I mentioned I chose the option to have it brought out the lady said well It's there.2 bad experiences is enough for me to realize this one is straight trash
They don't the 2 for 25 anymore! Cus of inflation. So 4 out of five stars. Since I will miss the cookie skillet. But the food still is great!

Everything was delicious! My steak melted in my mouth with savory butter and garlic on top. The coleslaw was tangy, and the Magarita was the bomb! Awesome meal!
Wish they had more low calorie options as well as Senior plates.They forgot part of our order and the waitress had to keep running back for items she forgot to bring. Made the eating experience a little choppy
Chilis is by far my favorite restaurant. The kids meal was even delicious my little one LOVED. There new Crispy chicken sandwich was juicy, literally dripping juice & well done. Fries are always delicious. There sauce tasted like the replica of chic fil a sauce, but since they closed down I am so happy to taste that yummy saufe again. The chicken fajita mix is always so yummy with the famous black beans. I also recommend the chicken nacho appetizers for starters & if you don't eat red meat like me I'd suggest telling them for there black beans instead ? so so so so yummy !
