I love Chick-fil-A. And this location impressed me. This place was SLAMMED. Drive thru, lobby, dine in ordering line. Not an empty table in the house. It was chaotic and people were on edge. But it was an organized mess. The team members at this location we’re so kind, so courteous, and doing their jobs with excellence. The manager and assistant manager were out in the lobby assisting guests as well as the other team members. My wife and I had our 7 month old so we decided to find a table for two and get a high chair. One of the team members cleaned off a high chair for us and grabbed us one of the place mats and we ordered on our phone. Shout out to every single person working the lunch rush on 5/26/22. Y’all are doing amazing and it does not go unnoticed. Also this was our little guys first trip to CFA ?
Thisnwas my first ever visit to a Chicken-fil-A.The food was good.Staff was friendly.Although it was crowded, we were helped quite fast.Me = happy. ?
Chicken sandwich wasn't pretty below average for a chick-fil-a sandwich. Fries were not as good as they usually are either. Excellent lemonade, but still overall disappointed. The sandwich specifically was super plain -- it was just chicken in a bun with a *single* pickle. It was pretty crowded so perhaps the staff were just rushing and made mistakes. Maybe it would be better during off hours.
When you see the long drive through line, you may hesitate to turn in. The longest that I have waited was 17 minutes. From in line by CVS to driving away with my delicious waffle fries and grilled nuggets. Worth the wait. Due to covid they have created a very fast, yet efficient way to order, pay and receive your food. Excellent service.Location:Stockdale and Stine, Bakersfield. CA
First time to order from them. I was not impressed, can't figure out what all the hype is. Don't Door Dash, everything was cold.
I used to go here before the pandemic but since then the lines are so ridiculous I just avoid it. The sandwiches were always good but never worth the wait. The waffle fries and Chick-fil-A sauce were my favorites. It's fast food though so I don't believe in waiting in a line that extends all the way out to the street on California. Maybe one day I'd visit again or just Doordash it.
Food is good, wait is too long. Every time we go in, it seems the crew are running around and don't know what to do. If there was a better plan in place, customer visits would be better.
Wow!! After the remodel, and being closed for months, our q and on chick fil a is up and running. The line us CRAZY LONG but they have the parking lot coned off and traffic control people. They took my order remotely, had my drink ready for me BEFORE getting to the window and delivered my food to me before I even got to the the window!! Long wait, but always worth it.
The building and drive through was remodeled which helps move traffic once on their property. The line usually starts on the lot to the east of them (in another parking lot) which makes it less than optimal. The food and service are great.
The drive thru line was insane there were so many cars that decided to dine. The cashier was friendly we received our order very quickly considering how busy they were Walked in the place was popping, place was clean, floors were mopped. As for Heath and safety they were on it. All the employees had face masks so they were obviously making it a priority to take safety for the employees and as well as their customers as well as the public . After every customer would leave the table someone would come immediately to disinfect it. Great job! Definitely coming back!!!
