Been several times. Fantastic food and drinks. The steak bites are ?!Others on here have mentioned the prices.. get real. Let me just say they specialize in high-end drinks that contain expensive ingredients, you really should expect those drinks to ring in higher and not be surprised. Having said that, Cask’s prices are below what most places producing drinks of this caliber would charge. Be grateful.The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable. Bryan and his team are doing a great job. Thank you for bringing this to Bakersfield.
Went out for a special treat before heading back to school from spring break. The kids food was excellent they had Shirley temples that made them feel so special! The deep fried oreo's are awsome! Our food was so yummy! The Hot Brown reminded me of the one I had in Kentucky! My favorite drink is only $8 and is delicious! It's so nice to go out with our whole family and everyone is happy!
Been here about 4 times and every single time the staff has been EXCEPTIONALLY nice and considerate! I have tried the Apple habanero wings and the ceviche and the cheesecake and everything has been to DIE FOR! Bryan the owner even came and sat with us to ask us how we were doing and check up on us! Will definitely continue to keep coming back!

If you're willing to wait about 30-45 minutes to get food here, the food and drinks are somewhat worth the wait.
I ordered shrimp scampi and they gave me 5 shrimp over boxed spaghetti with butter capers and red pepper flakes covering the whole thing... Disgusting. My salad was brown with over ripe, wrinkly cherry tomatoes and nasty cheap blue cheese dressing. Never again will this place get my business.Didn't take pics. But it was old salad so your staff blew it, all 3 of them...
Good food, great whiskey menu but a tad overpriced. Stuffed mushrooms were delicious!
My co-workers and I came here for dinner. Never heard of the place, and wanted to try somewhere new. We had amazing service from our waitress(s) and the owner, which was running around with his team since they were so busy. He was able to come by to check on us a few times (great dude). The chefs even stopped by and asked us how our meals were. We had it all............ Started off with some great drinks and amazing smokey old fashioneds, then apps. with the truffle fries, steak bites (highly reccomend), and mac n cheese, to the burger and filet mignon entrees. Topped it all off with a dessert of fried oreos with three different dipping sauces which left us wanting more. What an awesome place with exceptional service, and quality, craft food. This place is a MUST when your in town. Looking forward to seeing the team here again when we're back !
Warm, friendly greeting by the staff and apologies that we had to wait for a table. Fun vibes, extremely noisy and smaller than we'd imagined but has great potential. We had a party of 5, shared several appetizers and each was delicious. Only complaint was the steak bites were a mix of good tender meat and nasty, tough meat with gristle but the sauce was fab and menu indicates mushrooms but actually only one large mushroom is served (appetizer).Super selection of bourbons. Not fond of having to order at the bar as that is rather unorganized and for such a nice menu it would be a more positive dining experience if the drinks and food was to be served. Happy hour is too limited and could at least be extended another hour.....Again, the staff is wonderful and this restaurant has incredible potential to be highly successful....very best wishes.
Such a good restaurant! The atmosphere is clam and peaceful. The drinks are very tasteful and strong in a good way! Food was delicious and fulfilling. Staff was amazing and makes you feel welcome. Well definitely be back and recommend.
My wife and I went on Friday night and the place was packed with every seat being taken, the wait was only about 20 minutes but I was able to order cocktails while we waited. The was great as soon as a table was ready they got you seated and drinks and food started, the egg rolls are a great appetizer to start off with. The steaks we order where great, perfectly cooked.. THE DRINKS are amazing, I had the bourbon mule and my with had the 58 empty Old fashion that was amazing… definitely coming back
