I called in a order for pick up and asked for 6 ranches and when I got there they gave me 3 and when I asked for more they said they would have to charge me. ? I don’t mind paying extra but it’s just annoying I told them on the phone how many i wanted they should’ve charged me then. Made it a big hassle just to get some ranch and it was very annoying.
Fast service, yummy foods
We went with a large group, about 20. All families with small kids. The staff was very accommodating and gave us the patio to ourselves. Some food and drinks took longer than desired but with such a large group it was understandable. I hadn't been to CPK in quite some time and now it's back on my radar.
I haven't ordered from CPK in a long time. Sigh I received my order and my side fried chicken I ordered had a long hair in it. So now I'm grossed out upset paid $60 bucks total with tip. Look im not bashing I don't sabotage it happens but reminder, a good restaurant tip is make sure everyone wear hair nets. I'm looking at my salad now grossed out hoping no hair is in it. Not ordering again for a long time.
Loved the garlic cream fettuccine and bread. When ordering water to drink asked for lemons, but the waitress didn't bring the bowl of lemons 'til much later. Asked for more oil mixture and bread, but bread was coming out of oven so it took awhile before more bread came to table. Paid my bill with cash and waitress said she'd bring my change back, but waited and waited and she did not return with change, until my son asked her. Because of her assumption that the change would be her tip, I didn't give her the full amount for tip due to her attitude.
Call me pleasantly surprised. CPK has really upped their game. Staff has always been friendly, food was always good, but this past visit is the way all restaurants should run. Everyone was attentive to their customers. Our appetizer got to us within 5 minutes of ordering and it was hot. Our meals got to us shortly after we were done with the appetizers and the food was of excellent quality. The manager checked in us to make sure all was well. I don't know what changed and how they became so efficient... but keep up the excellent work!

1st time there and I liked it. Service and pizza was good. Different than ordinary but always good. ?There's going to be a 2nd time. (Definitely)
Foods amazing, staff is friendly, the place is well decorated, wide selection of meals on the menu.
Came for a quiet and quick lunch with my daughter after a well deserved soccer match. We came to our table sat and waited and waited our waitress never even came over to acknowledge that we were here. The manger came out to take ours order and even after that the waitress still never came over. Horrible services she in the wrong business. We still didn’t get silverware. Not coming here again horrible! They are not that busy today.
