Our order wasn’t quite ready when we arrived because they had run out of one of the sauces we selected and they were waiting on us to choose. They gave us extra wings to make up for running out of our sauce and the added wait time. The wings were delicious as well. I got Asian Zing and Caribbean Jerk. The Asian Zing is getting to be to spicy for me to handle. I think I’ve found a new favorite in the Caribbean Jerk. I has a nice amount heat, some sweetness and hints of cinnamon.
The lemon pepper and original Buffalo wings are ok. The spicy garlic is salty and sour. The Thai curry wings are SUPER SALTY. This's our 1st time trying this location. Really disappointed.
Worst customer service ever our waitress got our order all wrong when we asked for her to fix it she instead offered us a discount (which we never got) because if she would put in what we had originally ordered it would take another 30-40min. She never gave us napkins after we asked her for napkins never gave us utensils. Charged us for stuff that we never ordered or got. It was the worst customer service I have experienced. If in the case that this server is new (Ryann) she needs more training before her actually serving people.

Went here on a Wednesday afternoon, looked pretty slow, not to many people and still took them about 15 minutes to seat us. Our waitress wasn’t very friendly as well.Our food took a while to be served. Upon receiving our meals, all 5 meals were cold, food didn’t taste all that either. Would definitely not go again!
I had gone there 2 times and both times, I hated their food! Ugh, the food tastes nasty and bland. Their service isn't that bad but the food is disgusting. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I don't know why we can't have that option. Dont go there and waste your time and $$!!
Terrible customer service. I placed an online order for delivery and when I received the order they forgot one of the sandwiches, the grilled chicken sandwich. I called the store to let them know what happened and they told me I could go pick up the sandwich, it could not be delivered even though I paid the delivery charge.I went to go pick up the sandwich and asked if there was a way I could get the delivery charge removed or be put as credit and instantly one of the workers told me no, that since it's a 3rd party company they can't do anything. I understand that but the employees were really defensive and rude off the start. No attempt was made to say sorry, to get a manger or help try to make the situation better it was just an instant no, sorry you paid for delivery but still had to pick up your food and we can't help you and don't care, call doordash.If their customer service is going to be like this then doordash might as well not even be used at this company because many issues will happen and the company does nothing to help, all that will happen is the store and company will get many angry and disappointed customersI didn't put 1 star because I know mistakes happen and they still made the food, but the customer service at this location is terrible. I really wouldn't have written this review if they just helped a little bit like by saying sorry, helping by providing the number to call for doordash or put in some effort to feel like they actually care, like seriously it wouldn't be worth it, but it's obvious the company doesn't really care. I can call doordash to get it fixed, I know I can, but the attitude of both the company and the people that work at this store clearly feels like they can do whatever they want. Changed it to 1 star, doubt that would make any difference but the experience was a 1 star experience.

Sat at the bar and the bar tender was super chill ? ? the fried pickles could have been fried slightly longer. Other than that, the experience was great.
