Not very good from service to food. We had to ask for everything from napkins to dipping sauces. Got our own salt shaker from another table as well as a ketchup bottle that actually had ketchup in it. Finally after sitting there for some time we had to ask for our ticket so we could pay and leave. Food was ok but what kind of a bar DOESNT have a blender? No blended margaritas! Are you kidding me? Spend 50 bucks and by a blender. Ridiculous we won't be back sorry to say?
Good service and wings but the seating needs to be re-done. It's looking worn out with the tears and the smell. Don't forget to get your free nachos when you register for their rewards program.
Service sucked in the middle of making a order and the waitress just walked off! Then when she finally came back she said I already made your order and I told her we didn’t finish the order there is 5 of us and you only let me tell you for 2 and she said fine ok what else you want! Just rude
don't go here. I went in with a friend who is non white/Hispanic and they acted like they didn't want to serve/help us. We get seated by the rude hostess, No big deal... Our waitress walks by and says she'll be with us shortly... 15mins go by and she's walking around talking to everyone but us. Still hasn't taken our drink order (it's Monday afternoon so not very busy) we keep seeing her walk by and wipe down a table, talk to the table next to us. Yet hasn't gotten us drinks or anything. By that time we are ready to order and she never came by. We ended up leaving because it was obvious they didn't want to serve us.
It's store policy to get your order wrong every single time. From missing sides and condiments to wing flavors not even close to being what you ordered even though the sticker on the box is right. Tonight, I thought I'd try the cheesecake and it was frozen solid ?
Order 40 and only received 20 , called and explained , the man on phone was very polite said he would fix our order . Just to get there and wait another 10 mins to be told that they made are order right and basically that they don’t believe us. Told us that we’d have to wait till tomorrow to speak to the general manger. I have no idea why they would only give us half our order but what really bothers me is that they told us they would fix our order just for us to get there and be called liars? Like you couldn’t have at least told me that through the phone to save me the time of having to come down there ?
DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!! With so many employees on the floor, there is no reason why there should be food & trash underneath almost every table. We stopped going to the Coffee location for this reason, and the Gosford location was the same. Very disappointing. It literally takes a few minutes to sweep. No complaints on food & drinks.
They sent me at a dirty table it was sticky flaky crunchy. Dirty place was pretty busy so I didn't ask to move, I didn't ask for the table to be wiped off, but I should have, the prices have gone up.
Good food and atmosphere.
Nice staff and enjoyed watching the basketball games.
