My first experience with açaí bowls and it was so good! I will be going back. I got the Bako bowl
I like their protein pancakes, poke bowls, and wellness shots. Today I tried their turkey burger and sweet potatoes. The turkey burger was delicious and juicy and the sweet potatoes flavored and cooked just right.
Huge disappointment. Horrible customer service. Very slow. I’m ok with expensive if the food is high quality and the customer service is good. We spent $100 on lunch for 4 people , received a poke bowl with warm sushi, waited more than 6 minutes for someone to even come to the counter, we were made to feel like we were bothering the staff when we asked for hot sauce, then they were irritated that their other staff member forgot to charge us, rolled their eyes and then said “just have it”. When we asked for a replacement for the poke bowl, two of the employees argued with me over the sushi in the bowl and the temperature - saying it was supposed to be warm . They were obviously agitated through the whole conversation and then finally agreed to make a burrito. We also waited for 30 minutes for our order. 2 poke bowls a steak bowl and a breakfast burrito.
I come to this location 3-4 times a week for the same exact oatmeal order… every time. First time there was a different set of employees, they were unacommidating & flat out rude from the time I called the order in to the time of pick up. Oatmeal was much smaller than normal, to the point I even mentioned how much smaller of a portion it was. Worker was unwilling to change out the oatmeal or fix the portion. Says he measured it himself & that’s what it is. Payed $7 for an oatmeal that was complete mush, drastically less than normal & rude employees.
I order a Poke Bowl but didn't realize it was raw fish. The manger called me back and took care of the issue. Very respectful and curdious. Had the Vegan Burrito very delicious. ???
Ordered a door dash order did not get fresh steak but cold steak from day before
Went to this place at 10 am and I had a positive outlook. The place was fresh and clean; it gave me a homey feel. However the food DOES NOT COMPARE. I ordered a breakfast burrito and IT WAS SO BLAND AND TOOK FOREVER. They even ran out of spinach like how when it’s barely 10? Anyway I do not recommend to spend your money so save it plz!
Came here today with my fiance after our workout. We got 2 breakfast burritos and it was VERY disappointing. We waited close to 30 min to get our burritos. When we started to eat them they were cold. My spinach was not cooked at all. Very bland. Hardly any meat. For as pricey as they are we were very disappointed would of rather spend 2 bucks for a burrito at taco bell honestly.
Every thing was good until I went back because they got my order wrong then the two girls in the back were being extreamly rude to us aswell as the girl in the front because she had mistakenling said to put the custom item on the second bowl and not the third which was a honest mistake.
They are often out of many of their vegan ingredients, but there are still a couple decent accomodations to be made. The BYO bowl is a must-try for vegans and the veggie burger is always available! The amount of juices and vegan baked goods are very impressive, too.
