The one downtown was open but nobody was there. Didn’t leave a sign or anything to let customers know when they would be back. Extremely unprofessional.

Unfortunately I had a pretty bad experience, but the customer service excellent. I ordered online for a Large Fudge brownie bowl but there wasn't any acai in my acai bowl. Paid $18 for some strawberries and brownie with less than a teaspoon of acai

I got the Big Blue Bowl with chocolate whey powder. It was very good, even compared to acai bowls I've had in San Diego.Noticed that the prices when viewing the menu on grub hub were higher than in person.
I love their smoothies and juices. Their brownies are aaamazing too but they go quickly. They were out of brownies the last 2 times I went.
Pricey but really good it's worth it really fast service I love it coming back again I live in Los Angeles and when I go visit my sister in Bakersfield it's a must go place... ???
Customer service is fine but I order the chocolate lovers smoothie and just taste like almonds, not chocolate taste at all. Even the color is almond color. Sad
Its just so so good,some of the best tasting bowls and smoothies,i am so so surprised to find that a store with such a good food is in our town too,the bakersfield needs to appreciate this,also i was impressed to see just one person taking care ogf the whole store with ease too,theirs ample of parking space so just go and enoy the food. D also the curbside pickup is available too
Very rude and refused to refund me for an extra item I mistakenly ordered that I hadn’t even lifted off the counter. I could hear the employee whispering to their manager about the inconvenience and it made me uncomfortable. I took the extra item and walked out because of the tension. Customers were looking and I didn’t want to make it an even bigger problem. I won’t be back.
