I ordered this pizza from DoorDash. It is by far the worst pizza I have ever heard! The crust was so thin it was curling when you pick up a single piece to eat it and the sausage and the olives were falling off! There was hardly any sauce and hardly any cheese at all! And for the price that I paid a $13? they skimped so bad on what they put on your pizza it's just unsatisfactory! I will never ever again order from Blaze again!
Pizza takes awhile to make, and are very small. No straws available because the corporation thinks that plastic straws are deadly to sea turtles 150 miles away?. (But plastic lids are fine) I noticed alot of "mask religion" people eating here. (The flu is 2000% more likely to infect you through your unprotected eyes) This place is too "California" for me. Doesn't come close to Great American Pizza in Golden Valley AZ.
I came to this location a day ago and well I’d say I’d stick to going to any other place not only was my pizza burnt.. but the girl cashing me out but used my points on my ap I didn’t Click on the redeem at all or nothing I told her I just wanted to scan to gain point not to use them! I was charged for a high rise when it was not even that type of dough it was brunt too. I told the girl like I didn’t want it use my point she she said well they r there and I said no she said okay I’ll take it off but she didn’t! It also looked like the were mor concerned on online orders when it was that I was the only person in the store like that me I was there before those orders came in I was just standing there while one leaning on the counter another complainting about the salad and the cashier wiping the cash register.. I’m soo done with this place
I had a bad experience where they forgot to bring my order to me for curbside pickup. But the manager, Ida Hernandez went above and beyond to reach out to me and flip the experience into a positive one. My family and I thank you, Ida. I know mistakes can happen but when they do, it's people like you who retain customers. You've restored my faith in customer service!
Came in around 9:45 pm to get some pizza. Pizza was super chewy and I noticed the the pizzas weren’t even on the oven for that long. It seems like they just wanted to get people out of the store since they were about to close. All of the toppings fell off the pizza as I grabbed a slice. I get you wanna go home early but come on now do your job it’s not that hard.
It was my 4th or 5th time there and I got friendly service each time. The girl who helped me was patient with my kids as it was their first time ordering. She even made suggestions. The manager was exceptional ! He welcomed us back. Thank you!
Benjamin is so great he's so kind it's april 15th 2022 showed up about 5-5:30ish everyone there on that shift was great. I might act alittle sus but I'm very shy and have social anxiety and ben made me feel welcome Ben has a great vibe.
The pizza is great when you eat there at the moment, but as leftovers it does not take good.
The go to place when I'm craving pizza, as someone who can't have red sauce it's nice to have the options for white sauce and still get everything I love on my pizza. The build your pan pizza is so worth it to get as much toppings as I want
Stingy with their toppings and they didn't give me the drizzle on the pizzas that I ordered... if the website asks me to chose a drizzle then I expect there to be drizzle just like I expect there to be pepperoni on my pizza... -.-
