The staff were really stand up people, late night and still went out of their way to serve us some sick birria tacos (+ onions and queso, do add em). The beef consome was also great for those looking for a French dip. Feeling satisfied to continue on with our road trip. Thank you!

Quesatacos combo=Nothing Unique about them, meat had no flavor, tortillas were stale, had to pull to take a bite, CONSOME the juice you dip the Quesatacos in had NO FLAVOR WHATSOEVER! They really need to step it up for that price.. TACO BROS WAY BETTER don't waste your 15$ on the quesatacos here!Ps...gave me the bubblys after ?
Finally! A food truck with delicious food, especially the tacos. Love, love, love their birria tacos! First time here and I cannot wait to come back again!
Tried their keto tacos and they were phenomenal.
Pretty good, definitely on the higher end list of good birria places. And they take card so that's a plus. Might need to expand searing but other than that don't be afraid to try them. Good to go.

This place is really good. We just moved here from LA where there are a few really good birra spots in every neighborhood and I think Birra Bros are right there with my 2 favorite in LA. We have tried 2 other spots before this because Birra is a favorite in my family and weren't good at all. So happy that now I can say we have permanently found out favorite Birra spot.
