They don’t close at 10 they close at 8 on a Friday make sure you call before wasting your gas to make the drive over there and if they don’t pick up it’s because they took the phone off the hook and when you show up they will tell you there closed

They cancelled my order without letting me know. I have called multiple times, calls are automatically disconnected. Yet, they accepted my money? Hmmm, interesting. I had call another phone number to be refunded because the store refused to do so. No wonder Baskin & Robbins isn't getting much better.

I didn't get a chance to do my son a birthday party and came at 8:50 and employees already had locked the door. They looked at me with my children and didn't bother to open. Wow..

The employees were alright but started talking in another language mocking me when I asked them why their prices were almost twice the amount as any other BR I've been to in the whole country. The girl tried passing off a different kind of ice cream because it needed to be used up to make more room for something else..... They also would not accept cash at all for some weird reason. The milkshake was delicious after I finally got what I wanted but the squirt of whip cream was more of a joke than anything for the price they charge. Save your money for something else.Almost $9 later for a shake! ???
The hours are not correct
Ask the lady for chocolate milk shake and I ended up getting a chocolate chip shake . I didn't go back and ask for my chocolate shake but the chocolate chip one was nasty and didn't even taste good . ? $7.99 for a medium
