I love everything they sell here. Everything is always fresh and delicious. We special order all our cakes from the Baked Shop. They are a little pricey but you get what you paid for. The people that work here have great customer service. Our #1 spot for cakes and cookies in Bakersfield!!

Very nice experience today! I'll be coming back here and there, not too much because too many things catch my eye and I can only eat so much cake ??? the strawberry tres leches she gave me was good, looking forward to tasting the other things I bought soon, and my grandma enjoyed her rum tres leches today, also thanks for the little candle you put on it for me! ?
I just went in for a slice of 3 leches cake and one of carrot cake and OMG I must say it was so delicious I haven't had carrot cake this good since I was a child and the 3 leches was so moist and not at all too sweet my son and I were so happy ? and the customer service was amazing the young man explained what each item was so nicely definitely will go again for some more goodies soon.
Don't waste your time it's a bakery they don't have cakes ready don't walk in they didn't serve walk in
Bad customer service and Miss information was given over the phone. I was told I could order a cake 24hr in advance. When I went in to order my cake, 48hrs in advance, I was told custom orders fill up and they would not be able to take my order. Waste of time
1st time trying out this bakery so we decided to get the box wich includes all there cake flavors they offered nd we love all of them my favorite was the carrot cake ...... 100% recommend ???
The cupcake was tasty and super cute but I would have liked to see more sustainable packaging. I would like to come back again but probably not often because of the unnecessary chunky plastic.
Baked bake shop is the sweetest spot in town ? the cakes are delicious and beautifully decorated! Tres leches and Baked birthday are our go-to cakes. Oreo marshmallow crispies, thicc brownies, and hot mess cookies are my family's favorite treats. Their customer service is above and beyond! The crew is always welcoming and have a touch of joy when they interact with customers. Treat yourself to Baked bake shop, you won't regret it.
Everything I tried at this place is delicious! The cupcakes are dense, the sugar cookie and snickerdoodle are the best I’ve ever tried. the rice crispy treat they offer here is now my all time fave! I am a dessert snob and I’m pleased I stumbled upon this bakery today!!!
