Driver thru Barista tried to steal my change and told me it was her tip ? That's stealing!! Let the customer choose to tip you, don't tip yourself.

This Starbucks sucks! They never have what I want. I order from Ubereats and instead of calling to let me know they don't have the flavor I ordered...they send me plain coffee. This happened one too many times. I will NEVER order from Them again!

Lack of professionalism. I just experienced a recurring symptom when consuming dairy. Everytime I place an order with alternate milk I get the wrong ingredient. If you don't have the alternate. Say so. Don't try to fool the customers.
