Just got my order in drive thru, we rushed when I didn’t even see cars ahead of me. Just to get an order that was all wrong and burnt breakfast. I ordered a venti but got a tall. Never had this experience at Starbucks. When handed my food his arm was just hanging out the wonder, no smile no eye to eye contact. That was not a good experience ☹️
It was good as usual went to the drive-thru wasn't there a whole long time
Usually very fast and friendly service. Location is horrible though. I sometimes go somewhere else just because Costco is over crowded.
Take your chance whether they will be open or not. I pulled off the freeway because the app said they were open went to the front door which said they were open but the door was locked and an employee just gave me the gesture with his fingers across his neck that they weren’t open so I called their phone number and they said they were short staffed so they aren’t opening. How about a note on the door.
Great go to place just off the 210 x Citrus near Azusa Pacific University and Citrus College. Always students in the chairs when the lobby is open Tod guests. Great ambiance. Fast service in a clean store with all the expected iconic offerings. Drive through at this location very efficient. Love the quad espresso or a bone dry oatmeal cappuccino. Great way to jump start the day!
As good as any Starbucks. The cappuccino looked exactly like the latte, so don't expect too much skill with the staff.
Every Starbucks I've been to has been a pleasant experience. I only had order mixed up and they were quick to correct it. Friendly, nice, helpful, and sociable. I get my mocha's with alternative milks and use the app which makes it a whole lot easier. Order ahead, wait 10 minutes tops, go there and it's ready. ??????????

Let me start off by saying how nice the staff is! However, they got my drink wrong both times. First, they gave me a cold coffee drink(which I didn't order). So the girl refunded my drink. Took my order again, charged me for what I asked for(which was more lol). I don't mind the cost at all! However, after I drove away with what I thought was my yummy drink, I sipped it only to find out it was wrong AGAIN. Very disappointed. Fortunately, it won't stop me from going to Starbucks again. However, I will definitely not be going back to this particular store. =/
It’s been a few times that I ask cashier to redeem stars on my app and all the times they “forget” to do it. :( I wish there was an easier way to redeem the stars instead of asking the associate to redeem them.
