This place has gone hill badly. Garbage quality
Was on hold forever. When the food got here the rolls were no good, the noodles are cold and taste horrible. I would like a refund for the rolls and noodles
I asked for two sides of a sauce that they cook with, the clerk said yes we can do that for you, then after waiting 10 minutes for my food, the manager says we are not allowed to do it. Somebody please make up their mind. So instead I ordered two of the Teriyaki sauces, I wanted four considering I had a large order, but she insisted that two is all she can give out.
Overall good experience, got attitude from one of the servers regarding soy sauce.
I went to order chow mein an orange chicken, the chow mein was cold, and the orange chicken was hard, it's been over a hour and I'm still chewing it!

Before the COVID-19, I always liked the Panda Express. The portions were large, you had to be careful opening your box of Food, if you weren't careful you'd be wearing at least alittle of each item. When COVID-19 hit, I was transferred to 1 of 5, COVID-19 Special Supply Warehouse in Fontana, there was a Panda Express, just down the street. If I didn't know better you would think I was back in Fontana. I'll have to get back with you on how it tastes. Also I asked if there was soy sauce and napkins, she assured me that it had both. I never had a problem before, I got to my vehicle I'm glad I didn't put a tip her jar, things do happen. I had to go back inside. This kinda, sorta reminds me of being in Fontana. Small portions and the taste ???
