In the year 2022, who doesn’t take cards as a form of payment? McDonald owes me a ton of time and gas money back for every time we’ve sat waiting for some slow customer to order and then pull up to be told cash only. I’ve lost all confidence in McDonald being able to provide a common service for being an outlier when it comes to forms of payment. This isn’t the Stone Age, either post it on your windows that you never accept cash after a certain time or just Accept it like every other fast food restaurant. What a waste of time and effort driving to this location to be left down every time. Not all of us work a regular 9-5 and carry cash on us. I’ll never take the chance and go there again. They got jack in the box, raising canes, in n out, and Taco Bell within a half block radius. McDonalds lost a customer for being an outlier.
If I could leave no stars I would and it would be the first. So let’s start off with the lady in the drive through, first off she was extremely rude and had an attitude about helping us out. I asked her for extra sauces before she handed me the bag and when she gave me the back there was only 2 in there. So I asked for more and she rolled her eyes, grabbed them and threw them out the window at me into my car which is totally uncalled for and rude. Next I get home and keep in mind I just got done working all day so I was just trying to have dinner and go to bed but I open the bag and serve myself and my wife and we notice our food is cold. The fries were soggy and full of grease which they have never been. So I called spoke to a supposed manger which I don’t think he was and his solution was “oh I’ll talk to them” but yet literally this is awful. And the customer service is a big thing for me
Worst McDonald’s they don’t have customer care . I came to use the dirty restroom and manager told me for customer only.. I come here everyday.. they don’t remember their regular customer because they don’t even greet them when you arrive..they want me to buy first before I use the dirty and filthy restroom..poor management they don’t care how their employees deal with customers…OMG the rude manager didn’t even wash her hands after she open the restroom door to another customer…that’s why they have poor reviews.. that’s what they deserve…
I didn't like that the person behind the cash register had to put the code so I could use the restroom. Then she didn't even change gloves to sever food. How nasty

Horrible service was waiting more than 30 minutes for 1 meal 8 cars got their meals before i did highly dont recommend
I purchased a fish filet it was old and reheated in the microwave. Also when I pulled it apart, I found they only put a half slice of cheese on the sandwich. What a shame based on the price.
Drive thru went quick. No issues. Never have
