Every time I go there always went out of something and I had to wait to get service
The worst ever when it comes to customer service. We came from out of town for a track meet and stopped there to get some food and you can hear the employees talking about the clients. Not only that but we waited for 5-8 min at the cash register and they never came to acknowledge us or to tell us they will take our order in a moment. Then when I asked to use the bathroom since we were waiting already because they were supposedly so busy ( when they only had one customer inside waiting for an order and only three cars in the drive thru) they made up that a client locked the keys inside the bathroom and denied me from taking my daughter to use the bathroom. So unprofessional and the worst customer service.
Makes u feel tired ? and low energy. Trash food
I’m not sure how this Jack in the Box is as slow as it is, but I’ve waited over 20 minutes for fast food which is ridiculous. I’ve watched the lines nearby go down to nothing while the jack in the box line just gets longer and longer. And they close way earlier than listed. Completely unacceptable and I recommend staying away.
This location locks there doors a lot earlier then closing time and also shuts down the drive through , so I called and someone answered and said they close the doors and closed the drive through cus short staff but there open . This is the third time this happened .
Ordered a number 10 (spicy chicken sandwich), they gave me a 10 piece chicken nugget box. I was pretty mad.Edit: Management has helped fix the situation, I really appreciate that.
I ordered a buttery jack with just Meat,cheese, and bacon and i didnt get any bacon this is crazy! If i ordered something and pay people to make it i should get my order. never coming back again.
This Jack location is awful. They always close earlier than they're supposed to and are not accurate with their posted times.
They forgot to give me my water
This jack in the box can never do anything right .I’m done with this location !!!! They hire people that can’t even do the simples things lol
