Recently went to this location and placed a order, the older lady that took my order got upset when I asked her to please repeat my order (turned out she got my order wrong) didn't even give me a change to finish my order (which was a box with a lid) got to the window to finish my order(box with a lid) and the same old lady got so upset with me she slammed the Box of food I had asked for, the fries were all over the box when I had opened the lid.This old wrinkly ladys name was zinthia(Cynthia with a z), I asked if she was a manager and was told no. I had then asked her to speak to her manager and told him how unprofessional that was. Never had a experience like that at a in n out, the manager did offer me free food but I declinedzuntia if your reading this please think about working overnights or something
It's a great place to eat if you don't mind waiting in line. Love their French fries ?. Plenty of parking for eating inside your vehicle. They also have outside tables for eating. Combos were less then 10.00. ?
Worst in n out in the area, they never do the fries right. They are hard and oily.

Really good. Other places I don't like their burger but this places it's flavored perfectly. Staff look like they work hard and thank you for that.
Our family ? loves ? in and out1st time at this location around 11AM. We ordered a triple ? with chease burger ? combo ? with well done fries with chili peppers and grilled onions.No long lines at this time
Every time, every location, without fail, the quality and freshness is always top-notch. For me, it's Animal-Style, Protein-Style most of the time. Good stuff, Maynard !!.
Line sucks but the food is good and the price is fair.
Cheeseburger. Fries. Soda. Or a shake.. great options for a good meal. If you are really hungry, you can order a Double Double, basically a double cheeseburger.For those of you who want something different, order something for the secret menu. Look it up online, the burgers and fries can be customized.This location has a drive thru accessible only if you are traveling northbound on Azusa. Although if it is not too busy, you could make an illegal u-turn. There is a traffic signal just north of the location if you plan on getting out of the car to order and or eat.Four stars not because of the food, but for the accessibility of the drive thru.
