I placed an order on DoorDash and while I was waiting for the order to be delivered, my driver texted me that the employees dropped my food on the floor, put it back in the delivery bag and told her to deliver it anyway. She said that when she tried to make them prepare a new order, they started yelling at her. I had to contact DD Customer Support to report this issue. This location has poor management, poor customer service skills and EXTREMELY POOR sanitation if they are willing to serve food that they dropped on the floor. 0/10, I will not be going back here.
They hide their prices ???? my wife said NO DICKEYS because, they’re hiding prices for a reason
First time here and it's super delicious. I got the brisket sandwich plate.
Bad… soda machine broken, soft serve machine broken & service was slow. They didn’t let you know their stuff was not working, found out after I order and paid. I wouldn’t have come here if I knew.
Kinda bad, ordered brisket plate with beans and onion tanglers,no tanglers, ok regular fries, small drink go to get drink on no ice and nothing but diet coke, cook had to finish what he was doing and go in back and get a paddle to shove into the ice to get to flow?.Our orders came out on my wife's plate the brisket was very fatty, she didn't eat half of it, my regular fries morfd into waffle fries, might be awhile before we come back. We paid over$30.00 for a $20.00 dinner.
Love their turkey. So fresh. Great for toddlers with mac and cheese.
So bomb me and my wife had this and we were extremely satisfied with the service and with the high-quality barbecue everything was well portioned the barbecue beans I am the big potato casserole definitely coming here again 10 out of 10 amazing staff and service.Wanna give me a shout out to the manager who help me with the whole process and when we were eating he came up to us and asked how the food was and he was a very nice guy overall and we will be coming back soon great experience I think the gentleman‘s name was jaime great guy thank you jaime
Love it ??? first time they help us explain the menu. Very nice personal and friendly i will be back with all my family
The woman who answered the phone said she’s too busy to take a to-go order. So I went there and she’s rang up a side of bbq beans but no sandwiches no matter how many times I asked if the total included 3 pulled pork sandwiches and she insisted it did. A smarter staff came to correct the order finally. Ordering online doesn’t help either, they start to make it AFTER you arrive and ask for it. Worse service ever
*Cross posted on "Wing Boss" since it's a storefront for Dickey's BBQ wings and this interaction was with the Manager*I don’t often write reviews but after the call I just had with “Manager” Johnny, thought it was important to let management and others know who they have employed. For clarity, this phone call was on 10/13/21 at approx. 6pm. I called because my order was wrong and per the notice I received on Uber Eats, it suggested I notify the restaurant of the error. I called and spoke with one individual first. He was friendly and gathered as much info from me as he could and said he would get the manager so he placed me on hold. The first words from the person on the line was “Yes, how can I help you”. I asked who I was speaking with and he answered “the manager” (instant attitude). I then asked if he wanted all the info again or if he was aware of my situation. He then proceeded to state that he was told I was missing some items but that the other food items were correct on his end (I had ordered 20 wings with the 3 options being “lemon pepper”, “sweet chili”, and “no sauce”) I informed him I received only 2 of those options (one of my family members tends to get rashes with any spicy foods so the “no sauce” option was for them). Let me preface this by saying, I had no intention of requesting anything from this ‘restaurant’ (it’s basically just a store front name for the Dickey’s BBQ wings). I wanted to make sure they were aware so that this error doesn’t happen again. What I was met with was a snarky response of “so are the wings you got not edible?” It was at this time that I asked him again what his name was. He hesitantly told me it was Johnny. I let Johnny know that I’m sure he’s having a busy day and while I understand that, the attitude he’s exuding is coming across strongly on my end and it was unnecessary. His response? “OK” and he hung up. Dickeys/Wing Boss…. Please remind your employees they are in the service industry. A ‘please’, ‘thank you’, and an ‘I’m sorry’ go a long way. The customer isn’t always right and they shouldn’t have to deal with disrespect… but when the costumer isn’t wrong and simply bringing something to their attention, this man’s response is uncalled for.
