The employees were great EXCEPT THE MANAGER. A sweet lady had already put rice and fajita peppers in my quesadilla which I have been getting for YEARS. He then makes her throw it away and says it can only be cheese and one other topping. Ridiculous and he said it harshly to her. I would of even paid for the extras but he didn’t even ask. Chipotle has never said I couldn’t make my quesadilla like this before.

Ordered through Uber eats and the bag was perfectly sealed when I received it. I open the bowl and THIS is what I get. No rice no toppings NOTHING of what I ordered. Not to mention it being half eaten as well. Completely horrible service here

They are not enforcing the mask mandate and the guy behind the counter doesn't like to wear that mask over his nose. Arrogant! Can't go there anymore. A former regular customer. Disappointed.
Just tried the brisket in a burrito bowl. Pretty good. Service was good and fast. No negatives.
Had to wait 10 min because they were out of steak. I asked for a discount and they refused. Never coming back. Not recommended.
