We always hit this location when we are in town from AZ. Always perfect service and food every time!!
My friend decided to go thru their drive thru.I went to the bathroom and one of their supervisors sent an employee to supervise me. I wasn't dressed homely nor did I smell. I was in the restroom for approximately 7 minutes. I noticed the young lady was watching me as I was at the sink washing my hands. I looked at her thru the reflection and asked her if she was sent to supervise me. She replied with "Yes".I have never been to this Chick-fil-A nor do I live anywhere near it to have been treated in such a manner like if I was a criminal. It is appalling that employees who make minimum wage have to police their paying customers. Oh, and I forgot to mention, their supervisor walked in the bathroom shortly after I did and lingered back and forth from stal to stal. Absolutely ridiculous.
Every sandwich here is made with love. The interior of this place is also very welcoming and each other the walls have outlets if you need to hop on the free wifi for a virtual meeting or charge your phone.
Some of the staff is tooooo inadequate n flamboyant for me, in my personal opinion. I. My. I.One of the greeters/order takers gave me the weirdest vibe. Like what are u mad at? My hair? U like my necklace? Or u looking at my breast? DONT WORRY BOUT MY FACE, TAKE MY ORDER. PLSSS WERE HUNGRY! BYEEEE
- I order at the drive thru quite often and never had a problem with an order or the staff.- I have never had staff members give me an attitude or look at me funny for asking for extra sauce because of some mysterious "shortage" that causes other places to be sauce nazis or even charge you extra for sauce.- Covid restrictions never fazed them.This place is always on top of their game. Delicious fast food at a reasonable price, served quick, and with a great attitude is always MY pleasure.
Fairly crowded as pretty normal nowadays. Service was quick and friendly.The Christmas lights and synced music was nice and made the wait much easier. Did as good as always.
My wife wanted fried chicken and insisted that the product is the best here. We did get nuggets and chicken strips. I felt that the chicken strips were better by far.
did not go in .but can see that it is extremy busy must be good food. Drive thru was crazy busy maybe because it was raining hard and all day. I guess I will have to go in and look at menu and try. People just don't line up and wait in line for no good food.
I AM SO MAD. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A lemonade, and today I went through the drive thru and ordered food and a lemonade. Once I got home (I live 20 min away) I tried my lemonade and it's mixed with Sprite or something carbonated. I'm so irritated because I'm not driving all the way back to Azusa to fix it! ughhhh!
With the Christmas lights shining through the whole building at night. It is amazing pleasant . The place is super clean and easy to access the bathroom . And very friendly staffs that keep everything in orders for delivery persons .
