Worse ever. Waited 45 minutes and they got my order wrong 5 times , so I asked for my money back. Yes they were busy but that's no excuse for wrong orders

When this location first opened, I would have given it 10 stars: friendly service, orders were always correct and fast. But in the last few months, something has drastically changed. The attitude of the workers is not necessarily bad, but no longer friendly. I have received at least 5 incorrect orders (missing items, burgers missing bacon, etc) and on the two times I have been close enough to go back for correction I have not even gotten so much as an apology--on one occasion I was even treated with thinly veiled suspicion! When the food is correct, it is still better than most fast food available. The app is pretty good and I use it every time. But I always check my order before I leave now.
I've been to this new location twice. I've gotten the wrong food twice. I understand there's a learning curve, but come on... On this occasion, I ordered only two items: a sandwich and a chocolate frosty. I got the right sandwich, but the wrong ice cream. Last time was worse. The food is good as long as you don't mind playing drive-thru roulette.
Nice clean store and bathrooms. I waited 15 minutes for doordash order that never came out. Won't pick up orders here anymore and consequently wouldn't be a customer either.
Wow, this new Wendy's has failed.You would think that as a new location the food would be properly cooked. But now my second time at this location and the fries were extremely undercooked and soggy. The fried chicken patties were extremely thin (not juicy or tender) and the service wasn't friendly. Waste of money.Auburn Wendy's has much better quality.

I'm being reasonable with the rating. After simplifying our order to accommodate them, they still somehow didn't understand or fulfill it correctly. Food was still fresh.
Chicken sandwich is was made like a day ago. Tasted old and dried out. Soda tasted like it needed flavoring. But the fries were good.
Would get five star if there chicken burger and nuggets had real meat, sadly no.
