Do not order DoorDash from this location, and do not come here if you can't wait 15+ minutes for two sandwiches.Both employees on right now [Sat Jun 4 12:15pm] are exceptionally spaced out and are moving around in slow motion. Own woman honestly seems like she's on drugs. They're not aware of/do not greet customers entering. They are not really hearing or understanding what is said to or asked of them. They are forgetting DoorDash orders and other details, and finishing sandwiches out of order and over long periods of time.
Thank You Lucy!!! They were slammed with orders in person and online and Lucy was busting bunnies in there by herself! A lot of no show workers, so she was doing great! Thanks so much for showing up and doing your job and making me an excellent sandwich!
I wouldn't get a gift card from here and try using it they won't accept the gift cards they sell and they won't take the gift card back so they basically stole my cash
EDIT: I did talk to Karen this same day and she did infact offer to refund my sandwich and was very apologetic.The owner, wont answer her phone to give me a refund for the HAIR IN MY FOOTLONG! The employees were very apologetic and wanted to make me another sandwich but i declined. Seeing the hair made me sick. The problem here is they are not trained on how to give a refund and said that they will be introuble with the boss (karen). No where in the store or on the receipt says that they don't do refunds. Even subways policy allows refunds, just not karen. This is just unacceptable, my request is even reasonable.
The food was nasty & the cookies was hard rocks ,& the tables were hella dirty& i complained but nobody didnt do or say anything?????ill neva eat there again!!!
Ordered online. Mistake, I don't think they even read what we wanted on our sandwiches. Just threw on some veggies (whatever was handy, I guess) loaded both sandwiches w/bell pepper and we asked for NO Bell pepper and then didn't put any other veggies on it to speak of. Very very dissatisfied AND disappointed.
Ordered a cheese steak online very disappointed in what they call 3x cheese. For a cheese steak this has barely any meat almost thought they forgot the meat for a second and barley any cheese. The grilled bread was just a stale top. Got to love subway save the money get a cheese steak from like beach hut or another sandwich shop, at least I know if I get a 6" cheese steak at beach hut I'll actually get meat and it would cost around the same price as a footlong at subway.
Employee was very fast and patient and efficient.
Excellent service.Restrooms were closed and that was extremely inconvenient. Indoor dining was open but we couldn't wash our hands before eating because of that.
