Probably the worst drinks ever. All of their hot drinks are made like wet cappuccinos- tons and tons of foam. So much foam on top, you can’t taste your drink/you burn your mouth on the too hot coffee because, again, all the milk is in foam on top of your drink, rather than in it. You literally have to wait for all the foam to melt down to drink all the espresso in your drink. Don’t know who trained them on drive bar, but they don’t how to make drinks. Very lazy. They don’t know how much espresso is in a drink; they don’t add flavor half the time, despite charging you. Management is so lazy, it’s not worth complaining. Opening crew too lazy to remove cones in drive thru so customers do it or mostly pass by thinking they are closed, which is fine by the staff. They don’t care. One star for location, as it’s easier to get to than Dutch Bros up the road.
My car broke down in the CVS parking lot. The Starbucks lobby was closed. Tried getting a coffee through the drive through and they declined me service.
After our huge storm..so grateful for the great coffee and sense of normalcy with them being open!
The staff is very friendly and always gets our orders correctly!
