I used to work At Panda just saying .. the panda from Auburn totally out about customer service !!!Person in front kinda rude and hurry.. and forget what was my order to Doble check what I order... not even write.. besides that there is not tables cleaning and people just talk in the back .. not even pending if customer need tables or not..Besides that garbage totally full
IF ANYONE AT PANDA EXPRESS IN AUBURN EVER ANSWERED THEIR PHONE, OR UPDATED THEIR MENU ON THE DOORDASH APP TO INCLUDE SILLY THINGS LIKE TERRIYAKI SAUCE FOR THEIR SUPPOSED "TERRIYAKI CHICKEN" THEN DOORDASH WOULDN'T HAVE TO KEEP ISSUING CREDITS TO MY ACCOUNT. NO EXAGGERATING, AT LEAST A HALF DOZEN TIMES I'VE DEALT WITH THIS, AND THAT IS A GENEROUS ESTIMATE. YET STILL THE SAME, MAIN ISSUE NEVER GETS RESOLVED. LAST TIME THIS HAPPENED, I SWORE I WOULD NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN BUT I THOUGHT, "SURELY THEY CAN'T ALWAYS BE THIS INCOMPETENT." WHICH WAS CLEARLY MY MISTAKE FOR ASSUMING, BECAUSE I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG. ALL THIS BEING SAID AS POLITELY AS POSSIBLE (AFTER BOTH CALLING THE RESTAURANT AND CONTACTING DOORDASH BEFORE MY FOOD WAS EVEN PREPARED OR PICKED UP) I WILL NOW BE UNAPOLOGETICALLY CALLING YOUR ESTABLISHMENT BRIGHT AND EARLY TOMORROW MORNING TO EXPLAIN EXACTLY HOW YOU COULD HAVE EASILY FIXED THIS ISSUE LONG AGO--ALTHOUGH, JUST AS IN THE PAST, I DOUBT ANYONE WILL CARE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, IN WHICH CASE YOUR CORPORATE OFFICES WILL BE HEARING FROM ME AS WELL. DOORDASH CLEARLY HAS A RECORD OF THE GREAT MANY COMPLAINTS & PARTIAL CREDITS REGARDING THIS SAME EXACT PROBLEM EVERY TIME I HAVE BEEN NAIVE ENOUGH TO TRUST PANDA EXPRESS, IN AUBURN WITH MY ORDER--CONTINUING TO GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AND HARD EARNED MONEY DESPITE THEIR CLEARLY NOT DESERVING IT. NOW, SINCE I CAN'T GET ANY OF THE THINGS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO COME WITH MY ORDER, I AM OFFICIALLY OUT FOR BLOOD INSTEAD......WHICH, UNFORATUNATELY, STILL CAN'T BE PUT ON MY DRY A** CHICKEN. I AM PRETTY PATIENT, BUT IF I COULD GIVE YOU ZERO STARS I WOULDN'T HESITATE FOR A SECOND.
Tastes okay and it's fast. Didn't feel well after I ate. I don't recommend.
When I went they were out of the Beijing beef, and that's my favorite. But the almond chicken is really good as well. The workers are always nice.
This time the food was not that great. Spring rolls were over done. No beef entrées available. I have had better.
Never prepared. More often than not I have to wait for a dish to be made at this location. Today I went in and they were filling a couple of large orders but no eggplant tofu and none even being made with only one guy back there cooking when I asked. I also don't get why you tell them you want a lot of soy sauce, chili sauce, and sweet and sour then they give you two packets. Then you ask for more and they're not annoyed but why don't they just put more in like I asked the first time. I also seem to get the last of the Angus Steak and Mushroom Chicken. I do not eat the mushroom chicken my girlfriend does and she has been unhappy with it. Obviously I would like my Angus steak to be fresh as much as possible.
Delicious, Fresh food. Smiling faces. Great experience.
They are out of stuff frequently but everyone is moving fast and food is good. Probably just short of staff like so many places
