Food always hot and never cold. Fast service and friendly employees. Always great place to get a quick bit to eat!
McDonalds is always been the top of the fast good chains there food had been a icon for many years there breakfast is one of the highest rated of the fast food stands just egg , cheese, and a real egg how can you go wrong and of coarse there French fries have always been one of there selling points so grab two orders of fries because everyone knows of you dont you may not have any when you jome or back to work or school
Lobby may or may not be open never can tell and was told to use the kiosk on previous visit, why can't they understand not everyone wants to use these impersonal devices.
I go here if I'm driving through town. It's easy and the place is kept clean. Food is fresh.
I love McDonald's every now and then, BUT, When they charge $6.50 for a quarter pounder, I am done buying food from them. Absolutely outrageous!!
When I order medium fries they give me small fries. Not once, not twice, not thrice, not fourice (made up word) but FIVICE! (another made up word). 5 times for either nickel and diming me or incompetence or both. Someone needs to be fired.
They were alright a while ago but recently I've been getting a lot of SUPER stale buns and very cold burgers and it literally takes FOREVER to get it. Maybe if they were at least friendly I wouldn't wanna take the time to write this stupid review. Complete waist of time and money. Steer clear.
I've gotta give it to the crew working this location tonight. They were very efficient, my order was 100% hot, fresh, and as ordered. Cheeseburgers were perfect - not greasy or over-seasoned, nuggets were fresh and cooked to perfection, fries were also fresh and salted just right, and drinks were perfectly iced and well mixed. I received service with a smile from everyone I interacted with during this visit. I'm very happy to have chosen this location over the Lincoln Way location, they far surpassed my basic expectations and I'll be back sooner than later. Great job!
I go inside and order at this location as 9 times out of 10 they leave do not get the order correct. This has been an ongoing problem for over 10 years now and is not due to the shot staffing caused by the covid pandemic.
The usual coffee and an item each for my dog and I with 5 cars ahead STILL only took 3 to 5 min... what!?..tanx AWOT!
