Me and my friends went to go eat her as we usually do since we love the burgers and chicken here. We waited the reasonable amount of time for our burger and chicken tenders. However, it was taking an insanely long time for the two shakes to come out. Not to mention, the rude cashier complained about us paying the rest of our food with a card as she said, “that costed me 40 cents.” We were confused as we began to see other people after us receiving their shakes and ice creams while we were STILL waiting. We had to go and TELL them that we had ordered shakes, the cashier had completely disregarded and done nothing when we were waiting right in front of her. Love the food, huge waste of our time waiting for something that should’ve taken 8 minutes at max (it wasn’t even busy at all).
Really good burgers with lots of specialties to choose from. Also have a nice selection of local brews. Sweet potato fries were also excellent.
my friend and I went up to the cashier ready to order our food. we had not waited too long in the line even though most days it’s quite long from the school students. in other words it was shorter than normal. we went up to the cashier that had blond hair, with bangs and she came at us with an attitude for no reason. she not only got our order wrong but also turned to her coworker to sneer at us about how we payed for our food, and i hadn’t even left yet. i couldn’t even tell her that she got our order wrong because i felt so uncomfortable by the way she was speaking to us. she made us feel like an inconvenience when all we were doing was ordering from an establishment. she made our experience truly horrible.
The service was okay. They got my order right & the shakes were delicious!! I got a banana shake & my friend had an Oreo shake, both were so good. There was one staff member who was especially pleasant & an absolute joy to interact with. I believe she was the gal that made the shakes, her name is Cassandra & her bright smiling face alone is reason enough for me to go back again. The food was okay, except for the 2 human hairs that I found in my burger!! I couldn't eat it after that of course. Which I want too upset about bc like I said it was just okay. My friend also found a human hair in her burger as well!! My Husband's burger however was delicious & hair free, which was nice. ? I know that things happen & I don't want to judge this place on this single experience, so I think I will return & try a different burger next time. I had the blue cheese burger, my Husband had the Auburn something, & my friend had the bacon avocado. The sweet potato fries were okay, the onion rings were okay, but the french fries were really good. We'll see if it's better next time. Hopefully Cassandra is working when we go back, she's so sweet.
Good quality food with a comfortable atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and the cook knows how to prepare a burger!
Went here on a whim and holy moly this place was amazing!!!! Food was made right after we ordered. Mac n cheese bites were on point!!!! oh man let's talk about them onion rings ???. Everyone in our group had something different and there were ZERO complaints, definitely coming back to try the deep fried pickles.
Very good burger. Way better than smashburger in Roseville. They're terrible. This place rocks! I'd travel to local heroes anytime than go to smashburger. They suck.
My son and I ate here for the first time this evening. The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious! Make sure to get some Mac & cheese bites!
