I usually have no problem with this location but tonight wow. Was in the drive thru for 37 minutes, then I'm told to go to the window to order my food after I had given him half my order so when I got to the window he tried to give me that as my full order so I finished my order and got my food, I wasn't asked what kind of soda in my drink and when I said I wanted Dr pepper I was snapped at and still they gave me a coke that was barely half full. I get home and started to eat and I have never seen such a messy mess of food. It was by far the worst experience I've had at the Lincoln way, in auburn cal. Very dissapointed ?
Went to pick up doordash order late at night. Was told I'd be reported to support and they would attempt to get me fired for " searching through customers food" when I mentioned 3meals were missing
The cashier was super slow, in sweats. Weird to be that casual. Service was extremely slow, and they were not busy at all. Food was good.
This past week I've gone by 3 times this week an hour before closing. I check Google hours it stated they were open. It states that the website has been updated. They have been nothing but rude with disrespect and attitude. Every time. I enjoyed coming through. Not anymore.
Some of the friendliest people you will encounter on the lake. Some of the longest lines to get food are going to be here, as they are worth the wait. Dining room and parking lot always full and deliveries coming out of their kitchen all night. My oh My Thai. Fan fave!!
Not really feeling the food here. The person Taking care of me that night was very nice. Maybe this location wasn't so great but Food wise it wasn't a great 1st impression.
Manager & a couple of the employees are awesome.Beware of front door as it sticks sometimes.They are struggling like all restaurants to find good employees.I edited my review because I believe my daughter initially leaving review while playing on my phone.
Slowest drive through I’ve ever been to. Took over 20 minutes and there was only 2 people in front of us. The guy working was chatting with people at the window and taking forever.
Absolute pandemonium. I ordered on the app, Went to go pick it up and they could not find the order. I showed them both the PayPal withdraw from from my account As well as I showed them the Jack app receipt that had the store time location and date and order on it, And they still refuse to make my food and tell me to come talk to a manager.So i come back to talk to the management amd am told that i am trying to steal from them.I am livod!!
Took REALLY long to get our food and my onion rings were like .... Over fried. And the pop machine, it dispensed non carbonated coke. Which almost made me gag. Although the cheesecake waz good. Hah.
