Just went back today love the food but found a fly in my rice bowl made me almost vom but I just got up and walked out kinda hartbroken I would eat hear often..

Very rude teenage or young adult girls working today..... As a business owner I understand how upsetting it can be getting 1 star reviews and its really disappointing to write this since it has long been a favorite place...When I asked to watch my food being made as I've done for 10 years I was told no I had to order and pay first up front.... literally said (NO ORDER HERE) And YOU CAN NOT ADD ANYTHING on the line... Um ok I don't think that's going to work for me esp being I pay upwards of 30 dollars for my salads because I want what I want... I kindly said I didn't want to do it that way and she said in a 100% SNARKY VOICE OK THEN BYE HAVE A NICE DAY (Super rudely)It was a huge disappointment and I hope they can get some employees that care about the owners reputation....
We were so hopeful and excited for this spot. Unfortunately if you don’t like what you order because it was misrepresented and honestly looks gross they don’t care. No refund. No apology. No attempt to make it better. Food also gave all three of us stomach aches. Will NOT be recommending this place or coming back.
Such yummy food! The pictures don’t sell it well enough. The sandwiches are so good!
The staff is horrible. It's such a shame because the food is good, but I HATE going there and getting attitude for simply for giving them business. The staff clearly doesn't want to be there and the owner clearly doesn't care enough to remedy this ongoing problem. If you order online or dash their food (to avoid dealing with their nasty attitudes) you can kiss getting your food in a reasonable amount of time goodbye.
This place has really gone down hill. I used to eat here regularly and now can’t even stomach it after sour salad ingredients and rude teenagers behind the counter. Hope it turns around soon!
Got in line in 1972 and still haven’t got my food. It’s been 50 years and I’m starting to lose hope that my food will never arrive. My family has all left be because I have been missing for all this time, my life is ruined because of a salsa ranch wrap.
I've been here more than a few times while in the area. This is the only location that I've been to. The food is always fresh.Today I got the Greek shrimp wrap. Wow! I got it with the garlic naan bread. So it was more like a pita. This is one of the best pitas that I have ever had.They forgot my avocado which I paid extra for and I left a tip. It was an online order. I got an apology and my avocado. They fixed it, but they didn't add anything extra for driving back.
My family in to this establishment on the weekend so that we could enjoy a wrap together and what we received was the wraps along with attitudes almost like it was an annoyance to prepare our food I wanted to bring this to the attention of the owner or manager because as I own a business I understand what it is like to try to keep good reviews and also what it’s like to have employees it’s difficult on both accounts this has always been my Favorite Restaurant in Roseville but they always have a wonderful attitude in Roseville which makes it a great dining experience I cannot say the same unfortunately for the Auburn location, hopefully this is corrected and I am more than happy to remove this review if the problem is dealt with. Thank you
