I love the California Omelet, grilled cauliflower is very good. 48 different omelettes available. Another great dish is Edelweiss Special Breakfast, pouched eggs with avocado sauce, ham or sausage on an English muffin. Yummy. Great staff, prompt friendly Terrific cook and family man.Also Lina's Sandwich with sprouts, avocado, tomatoes and cream cheese.

We were served by Destiny, Ashley, and Jessica (I hope I'm remembering the names correctly!) and the experience was perfect. They were fast, knowledgeable about the menu, and just all around delightful. Every table in the restaurant was full but we never felt neglected. This was also at a time when they were short-staffed.Having worked in food service I know how hard it is to find good servers. I hope the management reads this and considers their compensation appropriately.Oh, and the omelets were delicious!
Most delicious omelet i have ever eaten. 10/10. Atmosphere is incredibly comforting and the staff treat you like family. Would recommend and come here again.
