This location is always out of fajita veggies. When questioned about it they say they don't have the staff to supply this ingredient that is on their menu. What!? Well, how about lowering your prices if you cannot deliver what you promise? Or, offering a discount because you refuse to offer what all of the other Chipotle stores offer? This is such a weak excuse and it's apparent that it's making a lot of your customers upset.
This location is consistently out of ingredients and mobile orders are always 20 minutes late. How is the order late and the food already cold at the same time?
Great food. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
I love Chipotle because the food is freshly prepared, with choices of meat and beans, and cooked or fresh raw vegetables. The service is always great, and the various food items are moderately priced. The reason for a 4* instead of a 5*, is because the meat was lukewarm.
My second time ever going to this Chipotle, and they completely ruined my order. My bowl was supposed to have fajita veggies and I didn't. The worst part of the order is that all the chicken was completely black on one side. This ruined my entire dinner as we live half an hour away. Dont know if we will be back.
Do not accept an order from them if you work for DoorDash, or order online from them. They never have their online or DoorDash orders ready on time. They’ve wasted hours of my time as a dasher in this town. Honestly I don’t know why DoorDash still allows you to deliver through them. And the employees are also very rude to online orders or dashers, so just stay away from this place if you’re ordering online.
Auburn Chipotle is always out of menu items - usually it’s salad vinegerette and / or grilled veggies.
Busy, so the line was long… but the food was good. Service was also good. Some places clean the counters so they don’t drag your bowl in the old food, but this one didn’t. It might have been because they were busy.
Got the steak burrito bowl. It was good, but had way too much gristle in it.
I ❤️ Chipotle. Their food is always consistently delicious no matter which location I visit. I never feel weighted down after eating Chipotle food. Its fresh, healthy, Mexican style food. They do charge extra, if you ask for a tortilla with your salad. Which surprises me, since the other entrees include a tortilla. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY
