All three of my sandwiches were barely warm, the fries smelt like the grease hasn't been changed and tasted bad, the milkshakes were like soup, and I was refused whip on my frosted lemonade. I spoke to the general manager, and he gave me a new container of still smelly fries and some whip for my drink. Overall unhappy with how this was handled. I will not visit this location again. I feel cheated out of my $38. I don't come to chick fil a often it is a rare treat. So dissapointing.
The food is delicious and the customer service is above and beyond friendly and always helpful. I would have given 5 stars to them as well but I think you don't get a lot for the price. You get a bun, a patty and some pickles for over $10.00.If your looking to save money your better off going to in and out or taco tree but otherwise their food is some of the best as far as flavor goes, especially if you add the chick filet sauce
I ordered chicken nuggets and when I get home and open the box there was no chicken nuggets. There was instead a few chicken tenders torn (by hand mind you) into chicken nugget esque shapes. There was even one with no breading at all on it. My friends nuggets were completely normal and I'm confused more than anything why there was torn up chicken tenders in my order. Also it wasn't even 8 pieces it was like 5 I felt like it was someone's leftovers or something.
The people there are nice and food os good but they never get the order right. The past few times when I ased to have items taken off or stuff added it gets ignored and yet still be charged for it. Makes me not want to come as much sadly.
Chicken strips tasted Great, perfectly seasoned, and cooked well with the right amount of moisture. Online ordering was easy with the accurate amount of time ready for pickup. Masks were required to enter restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean establishment. Highly recommend.
Having come from the UK and heard so much about Chick-fil-A I was a little disappointed by it once I tried it. But maybe my expectations were too high
Just giving this 5 stars because it's Chick-fil-A and they're always good. Keep it up!

I've been here a few different times and have never been disappointed. Customer service is always fantastic, my order is never wrong, and they get the food out very quickly. Not to mention it's delicious. Couldn't ask for more.
