Today on June 11th, 2022 at 12:10 pm I entered the Burger King drive through. I’m a big person on customer service I have managed fast food for three years and now work for the largest health center nationally . I asked the woman in drive through if we can have our food fresh! She stated, “ you will have to wait 40 minutes because we have to go look for the food and make it fresh. Not only did you lose customers by pushing them away to go somewhere else I asked myself is that true? I compared it to another Burger King with the manager and she simply stated it’s a health code violation if you guys are not serving fresh food what are you serving our customers. When I come to this Burger King the food is always old I feel so intimidated to order due to the lack of service I will be reaching out to the health department because not only is a health code violation you guys would not do this to a mystery shopper either so why not conduct excellent customer service if not you should not being working with customers.
Rude window staff grabbed my money and slammed the window. When i had to yell to get her attention to take the coin part of payment, it sounded like she used foul language when she slammed the window shut again. I did not get a receipt and the food was cold. Not going back to this franchise. Oh ya, they no longer honor Burger King coupons.
Ate here once a couple of years ago.I didn't know they were hockey fans.., in that they served me a puck between two slices of stale bread?
Order was messed up and got a attitude from the manager in charge
Was happy to hear the Italian style chicken sandwich returned. The one I got today is awful. They had a breast and melted cheese before. This was a peppery breaded patty with unmelted cheese. Will never order again!
Made a order for my son and his roomate who are in a nursing home. The restaurant took my money, and cancelled my uber eats order. I mean this was a treat for them and burger king ruined it. I will never try to order again from any Burger King. Would give a minus rating if I could.
The service is slow even without customers.
Hot burger and fries ready to go, the staff was courteous and friendly when taking my order. The inside of the restaurant is nice and clean. Also the staff was friendly enough to make me an Arnold Palmer. Thanks :) EDIT: Changed to 5 stars because that BASS slaps in the bathroom.
Tables dirty, floor dirty. Soda machine broken.Cashier was, well boring and obtuse. Food was good. No I won't be back!
