The food was great but the restaurant's closing policy needs to be reviewed.First time there, arrived around 1:40 with my 7 year old grandson. Ordered and sat in the patio. At 2:00 I heard someone lock the cafe door. 5 minutes later my grandson and I needed to use the restroom. We were still eating. I had to peek in the window and knock to get someone's attention as we were locked out. We were told to use the restroom across the steet as they were now closed. I asked to speak to a manager, she told me the same. I just paid 13. for a salad and they send me across the street! Couldn't believe it. She finally did say I could use the restroom "just this once, but in the future across the steet it is." Of course I didn't use the bathroom out of protest of their policy. I have never come across a restaurant that locks its paying customers out! I will never eat here again.
Love this place! Such a cozy little local spot. The food is so tasty and the staff are super friendly and on it. I love going here whenever I'm in Auburn!
Nice spot to stop and grab a quick bite in the AM when you aren’t sure what you want. Got 2 bail out bagels (one with sausage and another with bacon. I think I prefer the bacon! Also got a Rene bagel where the avocado made the whole thing come together. Washed it down with regular coffee and a caramel macchiato. The place gives off a neighborly vibe and fits right into this charming town.

The best bagels I have ever had. Try the cheese bagel! And a delicious banana bread. Everything is so fresh and well cooked or baked, plus very nice attention to the customer. There is covered outside seating, if you have a doggie.
I love this place it feels like home, everyone is friendly the coffee is amazing,hot and just plain wonderful. There bagel sandwiches are the best as well as there homemade pastries
Went in to buy some ground coffee to brew at home and the owner made me 3 pour over samples to get a feel for the different styles of coffee he had available for purchase. Besides having an excellent selection of coffee and tea for purchase, Baked & Brewed is a wonderful old world styled coffee shop! Plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying a good cuppa. They have a fine selection of pastries and assorted savory treats. So glad I stumbled upon this place!
This place is so freaking good! The Bagels with egg, bacon, avo, spinach, jalapeno, and havarti cheese were delicious.. the staff is wonderful and super friendly.. they really went above and beyond for us and its not a full service restaurant, although it felt like one the way they took care of us.. and they were extremely busy and still gave us great service..
If you want a trucker's breakfast of eggs, greasy hash browns and bacon, look elsewhere. We enjoyed fabulous house-made baked goods and a spinach/provolone quiche. Easy to find. Nice covered patio for dining outside.
Easy place to bring the whole family or dine by yourself. Bathroom big and clean. Good is over the top good. Baked goods are good without being overly sugarly.
