I always love the food, service and most of all food here! And, I will be back because it is and always has been, a super safe and clean restaurant. If you are afraid of Covid stay home.
This was a great brewery and restaurant. This is a fun and relaxing stop, if you are in Auburn and are into beer. They have a flight available for tastings; as well as a mic of canned and growler options for taking your favorites home.I recommend the Red Ale and Brown. The IPAs were on par with traditional IPAs; so if you are an IPA fan, they will likely not disappoint.
We went here for an early dinner and got a nice 4 spot table outside on a beautiful day. There was spacing of table outside- inside was very crowded everywhere if that is a concern for you. The tri-tip sandwiches and my chopped salad with grilled chicken were both very good. The house beers are very good and they have a nice selection of beers on tap. Our bill reflected a 2.25% charge for paying by credit card---I did not see this posted anywhere, so consumer BEWARE. Despite that we enjoyed ourselves.
Great atmosphere, fantastic food, fair price!Had a great first experience here.Plenty of beers to select from and try out!Every entree was on point! If you're in the area it's worth the pop in!Dessert definitely hit on a level above most typical generic options.I don't think you can go wrong with any choice you make across the menu. The pretzel and the pickle chips are a must try as well!
Had a great lunch and beer here today. Service, good and beer were all good. We started with the cheese loaf...SO GOOD. I didn't get a picture because we just all started eating it too fast. I got the Alehouse burger and sweet potato fries...so good. Great place to enjoy drinks and food..
This place has the best atmosphere and the food was amazing! Our server Kelly was the best and recommended some delicious beers! We will definitely be back!
It might be surprising to hear that we were recommend the Auburn Alehouse not for their ale, but actually specially for the Cheese Loaf. This is a “6 inch sourdough round stuffed with artisan cheeses, garlic butter & chives on balsamic vinegar, olive oil, crushed red peppers”. It is a delicious comfort food that you can easily share with others. It is delicious with lots of tasty cheese, and you can dip it for the savory vinegar, oil, and spiced peppers.Aside from that, the other food was also tasty, but nowhere near as notable in my opinion. While waiting for a table, you might be able to walk around the surrounding shops and streets as there are occasional farmers market like gatherings of locals selling crafts, foods, and wares.
We waited for a table at the bar area and we experienced really good friendly service, not much waiting around at all. We decided to eat at the nice big bar. The trip tip sandwich was really good. My brother got a chicken dinner of some sort and it was a good amount of chicken with plenty leftover that we took home. My mom got the stew which looked amazing, almost like a chili bean style stew that she really enjoyed. 3 delicious dinner meals, 3 beers, a soda, a cool location with a good atmosphere cost us about $85.
I feel like my taste buds have been missing out on this gem. People have told me it's good, but "it's good" doesn't lure me in. Ok that beer cheese that goes with the Bavarian pretzel is F#&ken Amazing! And the Chipotle Lime Bowl was yummy to ... but the cheese ooooh sooo good. The cheese bread appetizer too was delicious. You know what - just order a bunch of appetizers and you'll be happy! You're welcome!
What a great spot. We sat on the back patio with our pup. We started with a cheese loaf and beers. We then moved to entrees. Mushroom gnocchi and Nashville hot sandwich. Really good! We will be back.
