Screws my car side to go order up everytime, I mean everytime. Nothing like ordering a French dip only later to find out they forgot the dip or getting a side of mash potatoes with your cheeseburger only to find out your cheeseburger has no condiments on it and you didnt get any plastic ware when you specifically added it to your order. Applebee's fails at to go orders, more like eating good in the 'hood!'
So I haven't eaten at Applebees in almost ten years and today the family decided to order to go since everywhere else was closed. Sadly, the chicken tender platter had chicken strips the size of a children's order and the 4 cheese mac'n cheese with honey pepper chicken strips was not very cheesy on top of the chicken also being tiny and hardly glazed at all with the honey pepper sauce. The blue ribbon brownie also tasted very bland. For the amount of money we spend, we could have gotten twice the food at more than twice the quality from other local restaurants had they been open. Can't say I will be ordering food from here again.
This is a typical Applebee's Nieghboorhood Grill, booths, tables and a nice U shaped bar in front of a few big screen tvs, however its a bit cleaner than others I have been too. Staff is very kind and courteous. Food is consistently good (for Applebee's) comes out hot, fresh and the wait is not long. Kevin was our server recently and he was super friendly, checked in often to see if we needed anything, but not to often to be annoying.
Pleasant experience tonight, there chicken and shrimp was very yummy. Kevin was a great waiter, food was fast and prompt. Recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away and enjoy a dinner together.
Decent based on one visit. Didn't knock my socks off, but I'll probably return for the friendly staff, good food & upbeat vibe. Definitely better than Sierra Grill & there's nothing comparable on that side of town. Obviously a chain with turnover staff & reheated faire, but it is what it is...
My dad and I with my brother enjoy the atmosphere and all the food we ate. I have had the salmon which was great but the green beans were over cooked and broccoli was under cooked. The second time we went I had the chicken, prongs salad which was great.
We like going there and getting the 2 for $24. Always good portions and great servers.
The food was served promptly, even though they were short a cook, it was good, hot and the service was great.
Never had a bad experience here. The draw for us is that on veterans day they have a veterans munue for any veteran of the US military. Because the food is good we return many times when it is not veterans day. Food and service has always been good there.
We took my son for his 32 birthday and the waiter was very nice and polite ?. And when we got really to do his cake I was hoping no one was say anything and they didn't .He said he had a great time
