We have always walked by, but never went in. I'm glad we decided to stop in! The Hong Kong style waffles are delicious, whether you have it plain or with toppings. The strawberry was fresh, the ice cream was very creamy, and the whip cream smooth and not too sweet. Topped with a Thai iced tea for a complete experience. Will come back to try the grass jelly desserts.

I was at their Garden Grove location. I love all the drinks and food there. Convenient location for me during my errand run.
Thought I'd try this place. I drove 40 min to the place says closes at 11pm but they closed 30 min earlier.Update your hours. Gas is expensive now!!
I loved the purple yam boba milk tea here, me and my husband came here every week and we ordered purple yam every time, it’s both our favorite, but last time and today we came to order the same purple yam but it tasted different, it used to be milky and tasty, when I mixed it with straw and there was always some yam left on the cup, but now it’s just pure yam taste and sweetness and more watery, once I shake it , purple yam all came off, kind of disappointed. don’t know if they changed the ingredients or employees. But thanks for having had made the great milk tea and gave a good memory.
I go here 2-3 times a week for Durian with grass jelly vanilla frost. Great "go-to" for asian desserts. Do your research before you try these things. It's only popular among people who understand nasty smelly taste.

This place is a dessert lover’s heaven which features Hong Kong style desserts. I tried the pancakes and the Mango which is not too sweet and very refreshing.
